Remember, it hasn't been touched in 34 years. My guess is, if you rebuild it to stock, you'll get another 30 years out of it. That's good enough in my book. I would probably chase down the short and do the clutch before I worried about the posi. It'll work just fine with burned out clutches back there. Get the important stuff squared away first.
pffffft oh hell now i'm pissed as hell and very offended lololol. I know what you ment by its cool. And I intend to it was just one of the things that was on my mind today while i was listing crap i needed to fix and crap i wanted to upgrade and what not is all. A

It won't be the last time we get together. We still have a big wrench fest coming in about a month or so when Rich gets back again. At some point we all gotta go down to your place and see what you have cooking down in the "south 40".

Fuel leak on the car. I'm going to drive the ford to work to day! Thinking might change the oil in the 4x4 on lunch!

Whiskey there are talkes about getting down your way. I have to get my driveway thinned out abit first. Once we get through Tuhrsday the weather is supposed to be on our side and I'm back on the red truck taking it apart!
Still getting offers on a few things I have on "The List" low ball but atleast offers. Think I'm gonna except one and get rid of my Iphone, and go back to using an older phone that cost's less to use. AND I get a Blue Ray player with internet, so I can have my Netflix account.... are you ready for this... In the GARAGE! Allready have tunes there. Never had my own bedroom. BUT the garage is mine. Where I let the boss park her car.
y'all have a good one
Unk Bob

Good Morning Missouri!

At the moment I'm sitting here at St. Johns while Dad has back surgery.

It's amazing how much difference something like ball joints makes on the handling on the van. The front end is now nice and tight and has the tiny bit of wander is a thing of the past.

Stay warm!

Thanks Rich.

As for the snow - I've given up making sense out of Missouri weather. It must have heard me thinking about removing the blade from the Rhino.

Six pages to get caught up on before I could say G mernin. I had a kinda busy weekend. I finally got the door to quarter panel gap right on the 70 convertible(8 hours on Saturday). Made a Twinkie cake for my nephew's 16th birthday, fixed the passenger mirror on his 95 Mustang(even the remote adjust works now). Yesterday i worked on my stuff, the Dent alternator is now rebuilt, brushes and bearings, I put the aluminum slots on it and I even got one of the convertible top lift cylinders installed in my Buick.

The girls needed to be in the photos.

Maybe this coming weekend I'll get to install the spring perch Rich so graciously sent me. Then it's on to making body mounts and floor pans.
