I'm pretty good tool wise guy's. Rc, that 3/4" impact may not be a bad idea. I've got 1/2" snap on, all kinds of breaker bars and sockets. My compressor will run anything I have, all day long. It's a 60 gallon upright 220 volt with enough CFM to run any grinder or D/A sander.
I REALLY appreciate the thought of you guy's leaving your schedules/honey do's n don'ts to come over and help, really do. It will be paid forward/back!
I'm planning on having doors, seats, etc out of the trucks tomorrow through the day. And get started on taking Ka'Bluey apart ... If you guy's think of a tool and wonder if we're gonna need it, ask and I'll tell you if I have it. If I barrowed or rented a tool a few times, I bought one.

cool bob..maybe i will just toss the 3/4 impact in the truck when i come it has saved my butt a few times on old rusty bolts..and oh yea i am sure you will be there when someone needs a hand because you are that kind of guy...not a mean old hermit like me..

Well good morning to all, and boy do I wish I didn't have to fly off to work on sat or I would be right there beside everyone on this project.

If you have a floor jack and some spacer material it can go alot easier.

Rich, I was hoping to have my dent together for this...no dice. We might come down to spectate, it just depends on how the yard ornament is looking and if I have client stuff done in time. The Jeepvrolet I'm painting here in the next couple weeks is being done just for that show.

What's up. I wasn't on yesterday as I was taking care of a 43 yr old child (my wife) I was almost to work whan she calls me and says she is so sick she cant get from room to room.

I get home and I here her throwing up from the driveway. She doesn't get sick often but when she does it's full blown.

I did get a couple of projects taken care of while she slept like getting my lowering springs and new shocks assembled for my '97 Cougar as well as putting a new idler pulley & tensioner idler on the Cougar. I was tired of chirp chirp chirp. A Cougar should sound like a cat not a fricken bird

 

Yep it should run like a quiet little kitty cat. Hope she's much better today.

 

She left me a message about 8:30 this morning telling me she wants me to pick her up a burger on the way home from work.

 

So, thinking about getting a bigger toolbox for work.......
