Hey Cy, A few thoughts about the Eclipse. Sell it and don't buy another Mitsubishi. That brand is bar none, THE WORST piece of junk out there for longevity.
Ok, now back to the problem. I don't remember if they have a shut down relay in the trunk or not. Look around for a reset switch. If it has one, it'll be labeled as such.
Did you check the fuse panel under the hood? That's where the fuel pump relay and fuse should be. It may also be piggy-backed in to the one of the ECM fuses. (I think there's three total)
Do you have a thick black plastic key, or is it a regular key with no plastic around the end? If it has plastic around the end of the key, clean the key with alcohol. If the computer has to "read" the key, and it's too dirty, it will shut down the fuel pump and injector pulse signals. Another clue to this is if you have a flashing "Security" light on in the dash.
That's all I can remember, I try not to work on Mitsubishis very much. They aggravate me quite a bit.
I'm neurotic, I have lots of things that get under my skin.
There they're and their. USE THE CORRECT ONE!
There-it's a place, like over there!
Their-possessive. It belongs to them, so it's THEIRS!
They're- Simple, it's short for THEY ARE!
To, too and Two. Again, use the correct one!
To-conjunction. To get something done or get from her TO there
Too- Can be used in place of ALSO. "We went there, too"
Two- It's a number, it comes after one.
Flexplates go on automatic cars. Flywheels go on stick cars. This one gets me too!(also) lol
A MOTOR is an electrical device that converts electricity into kinetic energy.
An ENGINE has lots of internal explosions to move pistons up and down to turn a crankshaft.Right
And a sure way to get me to come apart at the seams in one second flat.....
If a vehicle stops running, or starts running poorly IT'S PROBABLY NOT THE TIMING!!!!!!!
Something is not running right and some moron will want to immediately spin the dang distributor. Leave it alone and troubleshoot the problem, slap nuts!See this one a lot!

Imports.
Near as I can tell, I've always
Known better than to
Ever, ever get involved in
Repairing one...

Oh heck, been there...done that. You don't hafta call me names...
Hey Rich, It looks great! I can't wait until I get grinding on it and replacing parts. Are you going to be around this weekend? I wanna give you some money before you take off again. Thanks for bringing it all the way down here for us.
Alan yes I will be around, if you want to wait till I am in Spg (closer for you) thats cool to. I might be in Spg this weekend, but today was enough for me.
I'll let you know if I am heading that way, and when it comes time for me to PU the eng/rims and tires I might still be outa town working. Any problem holding for me?
Unless you can sale the stuff for me? The eng runs, just has top end valve blow by
(smoke out the valve cover) right? But has a alum intake worth?, let me know.
I had a aneurysm when my xbro-inlaws new girl friend told me she thought "Bigfoot" was a chebby! I thought she was just kidding, but she wasn't!
Ha EQ how does your frame look?
It could have been worse. Chandler was talking to Toyota at one time
I went ballistic on a some jack **** on an Explorer forum I'm on. Gut (assuming kid) has a '94 Explorer that the engine went south in he ask what Chevy engine would fit. BTW it was his very first post. If I was the site owner I'd ban him for asking that question.
Cerp, maybe I've missed it, but I've searched through your posts and can't find where you said what year your Blazer was. I might be able to give you an insight since I work at a GM dealer.

hehe blazer is a 94 and there is a rod hanging out the side of the oil pan right now and it took the water jacket
I'd feel funny selling the stuff for you, Rich. I don't have a problem holding on to the stuff for you. Can I swap the tires? You can keep your wheels, but my truck is gonna look funny with those little tires on there. Can I swap my street tires for your set that are on there?
Saturday morning is busy. I have to go get a fender off a car at the junk yard. After that, I'm pretty open.
