those are the files I had. I just had to move them over to the drive. Not sure why that didn’t work. But I have them installing directly to the drive as we speak. Taking MUCH longer to install this way versus the other so not sure if that’s a good thing or not. Will see what happens after this.
I take this as a good sign. Mine took a very long time for download, verification, and USB creation. Good Luck!

Fingers crossed. The warning message that the download path should be different than the USB location kinda worries me a bit but hopefully itll work. It started downloading after I clicked ok to that warning message.
We’ll see. You guys are great though. I really appreciate all the screenshots and suggestions

Okay, so unfortunately that did not work the program closed down as it always does when it finishes the download. But there was nothing installed whatsoever. When I reopened my G CyanLabs drive it was completely blank as if nothing installed at all. So now I'm redownloading again to my C drive as before. I will attach photos of what my stuff looks like and what I am getting.
I don't understand why mine is being different. The image of my CyanLabs drive is after copying the files on C over to the drive. Based on your guys' screenshots it appears I'm getting the SyncMyRide files but I'm missing the autoinstall.lst and all of those files. So the question is why are those not installing?

The file structure on the USB has to be exactly like depicted below. Your screenshot of your G: drive USB shows the TAR files in the root of G. They have to be in the SyncMyRide folder. It is concenring that the program closes/crashes out on you. I don't have that behavior.

I can create the SyncMyRide folder manually but that never showed up on its own. All that I got from the installer was those 4 files and that's it. Nothing else. And I'm wondering if that isn't why because it crashes. It closes out every time after finishing downloading. And then my CyanLabs drive disappears. I have to "Eject safely" and then reinsert and it shows back up but it's empty until I manually copy files over to it. I don't get it?!
The crash is your issue, as the last step after downloading everything is formatting your drive and then copying in the files. Create and move the four TAR files to a folder called SyncMyRide.. Download the files you need in the root here. Make sure your final structure look's like depicted above.

Thanks for the files! I setup the USB drive to match how it should be (See Screenshots). I'll give it a shot after work this evening and let you guys know what happens. I think the crash is definitely the issue, it crashes before it completes the download and copy and thus I dont get any of the info where it needs to go. Hopefully this will force it to work! Lol. Thanks again!

well I have good and bad news. Good news is that worked. Updated as soon as truck started. Ran through fine. But now my screen is completely black I have no touch screen response whatsoever. The radio works and usb has power. Ford logo comes up on start but after that just black. What do I do now 😫
Unfortunately I am not. But sounds like I might have to become one lol. Any other things to try? I am trying now to let truck sit a few locked and everything and let it have time to fully reset. Hoping maybe it’ll come back on that way

You could disconnect the battery for ~30 minutes but that didn't help the other forum member when his acted up. Only resetting the modules got him working again.

IT’S WORKING!!!! I parked the truck for about 15 minutes or so, locked the doors and gave it time to fully reset. Came back out and it started right up. Tested media, music, CarPlay, everything works good. Factory master reset it before anything else.
FINALLY got the issue solved, haha. I say again to both camper and jeep you guys have been great and a huge help through all of it. Really appreciate it.
