I had to download the Cynlabs Sync 3.4 Updater files separatelyfor some reason. They would never download to my thumb drive . And I tried 3 different ones.. Then took the files and sent them to the drive my thumb drive was in.
This what my thumb drive looks like . Does any of yours look like this?

I have been using Cynlabs for several years now. No downside. MY20+ can be a pain though.

So you probably have in the IPC that shows Navigation turns etc that came factory with your truck package? And if not did you have to use Forscan to make a few adjustments to make that feature show up?
