Everything seems to work (car play, bluetooth etc) however my vented seats are no longer working from the buttons on the screen nor from the physical buttons. I will re-read this thread to see if there is any information on that, but if someone could point me to the answer that would be great!

I have posted a couple times here. I have updated/upgraded (5) different trucks w/o issues. Two of those were Sync 2 to Sync 3 upgrades (15 F150/16 F350)

after leaving it locked for a few hours all is working as expected.
I can also confirm that CarPlay and Nav work properly. It's a good update.
On a personal note, I think it's pretty ridiculous that Ford will not allow a software update on a current model truck. Everything else on the truck is still supported, why not software? It's probably the easiest thing about the vehicle to maintain.
