Yup, I actually got one from Amazon. I just haven't put it on yet. Now that the one from "Ford" is off, perhaps I'll be incentivized to get around to it.

The correct voice file for 20021 is 5U5T-14G391-CL.tar.gz

My rig was running just fine with only the 20021 apps, but decided I wanted the 1.19 maps and all the correct files. Performed a complete reinstall of Sync and now have all current files. Good discussion here for anyone interested.

What exactly are you stating. I too installed the 20021 the other day. Is there a different, newer file or just the Nav map.

All Sync files have been updated and include the Maps version 1.19. Unless you have any issues with voice or you want the latest maps then you're good. This update involves a reformat and reinstall so it's not for everyone to say the least. Good discussion here for anyone interested.

I think I have an older software version on my truck like 2.?. Can I go straight to 3.4 or do I have to update to 3.0 first?

The process you need to go through, from what I understand as I've not done this, is pretty involved. I don't have a direct answer for you as there's a number of factors involved like USB hub version and NAV verses non-NAV. My best advice is to search for a thread that's focused on the process since all the issues would have been vetted by now.

Leon,

I finally got to drive my truck and noticed the speed limit road notification shows the European circle. Am i to reinstall the 3.4 to get back to what i had upgrading to 20021 5U5T-14G381-EB.tar.gz or do i need to install the 5U5T-14G391-CL.tar.gz to correct this?.

If needing the 391-CL where do i find it.

You may want to recheck whatever file versions you last installed for NAV. It's easy to click the wrong link and get non-NA files.

I owe Leon another case of beer or a starbucks gift card. Did the format and reflash of the latest software today and am all set up with the latest and greatest software / 2019 maps.

Now..if only I actually used the Ford Maps . . .
