Looking for diesel that doesn't cost an arm and leg this morning I decided to check the TSD Open Roads app.
Looks like Love's is back in the discount program, which is good news in my opinion.
I just started using the TSD card last October, but Loves was the first stop I made with it back then, so they must have been (back) in for a while now. I do hope they get more participants though... diesel just hit $5 at the local Shell station where I fill up... would be awesome to get a discount!
Just fueled at TA and see a 10% "program fee" in addition to the $.65. That is not reflected in the advertised price in the app. Wondering if that is just with TA or all suppliers.

So each time you use the TSD card, there is a 10% program fee that goes to TSD (which is 10% of the total savings, not the total price. So, for example, if I "save" $15, then I pay $1.50 for program fee), and then each station has a set fee as well. TA/Petro has a $0.65 fee and Loves has a $0.40 fee.
Also, as mentioned above, the TA/Petro stations do have a much bigger discount than the Loves... however, the TA/Petro seems to have higher prices than Loves to begin with (at least in the southeast), so by the time you get the discount it's not really a huge difference. For example, on 5/15 here are my transaction fees from both a Loves, and a TA/Petro:
Loves:
Price per gallon: $5.249
Quantity of gallons: 21.740
Total at pump: $114.12
Total charged to card: $109.04
Savings: $5.08
TA/Petro:
Price per gallon: $5.569
Quantity of gallons: 21.990
Total at pump: $122.47
Total charged to card: $106.76
Savings: $15.71
So, I technically saved more at TA/Petro, but not as much as it seemed... in reality, it was only about a $4 difference over the savings at Loves.

Thanks, I emailed support and they said the same thing. I've had the card for a while, just never used it and didn't remember anything about a 10% of savings fee.
TA here is $ .56/gal cheaper than the closest Love's with the discount applied.
overall it is a savings, just avoid flying J/Pilot with the card. You can use it but it won't be a savings and will cost just a pinch since it is not in the program.

Definitely, $60 for me today, that's 3 cases of Yingling.

YUENGLING, America’s oldest brewery. Their lager is my favorite adult beverage, my father was from Pottsville PA and now most of my family lives up in that general area. I’ve had the privilege of bending elbows with Dick Yuengling a few times, nice guy that brews a great beer!

A service friend of mine used to bring me back 15 or so cases of Lord Chesterfield IPA when he would visit his family in Pottsville PA. I was stationed in SC at the time and we could not buy Lord Chesterfield locally.
When I retired from the military, my unit had the US flag they presented to me flown over the Yuengling brewery and the President of the company (Dick) sent me a letter with a personal thanks.
Sorry to dirty up this thread but I have a Yuengling story from a bar in NJ. The female bar tender told a friend of mine & I that imports were $6 and the domestics on tap were only $2 a pint. Of course we ordered up 3 rounds of Yuengling. Tab came to $30. So I had to ask, "I thought domestic beer was $2 ea?" She said Yuengling is imported from PA! We just paid & left astonished.
