Just an update to anyone with the same issues, I have now tried 3 different bulbs for the front turn signals. I will link to each set I have tried at the bottom of this post, but the first two Alla brand lights were both too fat to fit. After I saw the post above about a possibility of a different kind of bulb I checked, and sure enough, I have a 4257 bulb. After looking, I bought a set that works for the 4257, and they were too long to fit in the socket. After plenty of choice words, I just went on headlight revolution and ordered the ones they have recommended for my truck. Way more money, but at this point I am just not interested in playing with it anymore. If they don’t work, I guess it is just going to have the stock bulbs forever.
Seems to be a common problem. I know at least one other forum user and myself have ground away a small amount of material on the base with a Dremel type tool to get the switchbacks to fit more securely in our trucks.
I know it's not an appealing thought to many users. But it worked. The bulbs have been installed since early February 2018 without a single issue.
I used an Alla that's shown as "currently unavailable" on Amazon.
I posted this same information earlier today on this same thread but it seems to have never showed up. Then I find it later under this "related thread" thing sponsored by an advertiser. When did this malarkey start happening?
Looks like I only have the h13 headlight bulb boxes with me. I'm 95% sure I used the 9005 headlight bulbs like mentioned above rather than the direct 9145 fog replacement. Also plug and play and happy with them.
Do you have a specific bulb for them? I see 4 different ones on Amazon
Edit... I see now there are 3 for headlights but just 1 for fog lights
I used Four BeamTech H13 Fanless Oval Shaped backs for headlamps &
9005 (actiual headlamp bulb for different application) for the Fog Lamps because their so much brighter than 9145.
i DID have to use the inline can-bus thingys on both my 2016 & 2019 F350’s to keep radio static out of weaker radio stations.
I did the Headlight Revolution Super Novas for mine, Got a little better price during their christmas sale but still pretty expensive. I do like that the Super Novas are fanless, just has a heat sink.
Did the grill removal so I could put some Rough Country LEDs in the grill. Those would have been a more impressive upgrade if I hadn't put the LEDs in at the same time. They put a broad white light out that would have helped the stock lights more. I was expecting something more of a spot beam.
@ltr - I have the Rough Country 8" LED light bars currently, with the stock halogen headlights. I'm also considering the Super Novas as an upgrade sometime before winter. Having run both the RC's and the Super Novas together for a while now, what do you think? Do the Rough Country's still help out?
I've been following this string and there's a lot of great information on LED conversions. And after reading everything I could, I am convinced that the BeamTech H13 S1 is the LED headlamps I want to try. But before I ordered them on Amazon, I used their on-line model matcher to confirm the BeamTech H13 S1 headlamps would fit my truck (2019 F-250 Lariat). To my disappointment, it reported that they don't fit the 2019. Has anyone else successfully installed this specific BeamTech headlamp in a 2019 F-250? If so, were there any installation issues or performance issues?

While I'm hesitant to tell you to go ahead and try them anyway, I will say that Amazon and eBay's fitment charts aren't always the most accurate. Possibly not updated even though the '19's have been out nearly long enough for the '20's to start appearing.
I have been running them for a few months now in my 2019 F250. They work great! Install was easy. Very similar beam pattern as stock halogens. Here is the ones I ordered.

Pancho450, I thought the same thing. And the tech support guys at BeamTech said something similar which is why I didn't give up on them. I'll prolly order them and try installing them when I install my RC 8" LED light bars in the grill.
Has anyone tried splicing their light bars into the high beam switch? That seems like it would be ideal.
I've read this string and I'm confused about Forscan so I'd like to avoid it (I'm a total newb). Are there plug and play LED turn signal lamps for front and back 2019 SuperDuty's that don't require Forscan changes? I'm also looking for side marker LED lamps for the front so let me know if anyone has had success with those too!
I was fine with OEM Amber Color Marker, Turn Signal & Cab Lamp Bulbs.
I didn’t want turn signal hyperflash nor did I want to alter my stock PCM settings.
I just couldn’t stand the YELLOW Color from Halogen Headlamps & Fog Lamps, so I only used 4 H13 & 2 9005 BeamTech LED Bulbs with Canbus Decoder Filters for FM radio static & couldn’t be more happier
i do have a slightly delayed reaction time switching from low to hi / hi to low beam.
