Anyone else know what the differences are between these two outside of lumens?
Bruce
I was wondering the same thing ,when Poncho did his maybe the 8000s were the only ones out in the h13 from beamtec .
Maybe google or another search outside of this forum might shed some light .

You may be onto something. When I brought up the bulbs that I have in past orders, Amazon says they aren't for my 2019. I say otherwise at this time, unless something happens to prove me wrong.
I went to their website while they do have 2 different h13 bulbs both have the same specs ,how ever one has a bigger heat sink and works better with ecu controlled headlamps but both show the same lumens on their site .
Installed the 8k Beamtechs in my 2019 yesterday, this morning was the trial run. lighting is much more pleasent and comparable to my 2016 F150 Lariat with OEM LEDs. High Beam wasn't as bright as I expected but definitely lit up the roadway better than the halogens.
LED fogs will be in tomorrow along with Switchback turn signals
Hands on experience is a wonderful thing. Like most everyone else who has gone this route, it took me quite some time in the beginning with my 2017. I've done it grille out. Done it grille in but removed windshield washer filler neck.
Today I just installed all of the front end bulbs in my new 2019. All 4 headlights, switchback signal lights and side marker lights all in about 20 minutes without removing anything except the air breather snorkel.
Have one passenger side lower V.4 to replace today so I'll see if I can pull it off w/o pulling grille.
I found the 10,000k bulbs on beamtech these are the ones with the fan in the base , you have to go to their site look in the top right corner for the magnifying glass icon type in h13 and the 3 bulbs they make will appear . 2 8ks 1 10k I think the 10k bulbs could be the older design .
I was the first here to use Beamtech that I'm aware of. The link below is what I bought in December 2017. They were in my 2017 until I traded it a few days ago. I removed them and just installed them in my 2019 today.
Amazon has two styles of Beamtech H13 LED Headlights. Which one is most correct? Are both plug and play without having to purchase extra resistors or harnesses? Reprogramming?
This is my understanding, Clocked at 3 and 9, I need to order 4 of them, installation is about an hour without having to take the entire front of the truck apart. Anything else that I need to know about these style bulbs. I already have read about, installing the factory LED Option and LED in a non-LED light is bad.
2019 F250 Lariat.

Installed the 10K bulbs this afternoon and I am impressed. Way better than the factory lights. No flicker or radio interference. They really light up the space in front of the truck. Nice, sharp cutoff line too. I like them after a 20 minute drive.
I din't take much apart on the truck. The air snorkel on the passenger side, that's one plastic clip and nothing on the driver side. Thumb hurts because some were difficult to turn to get out. Thanks to members here, I knew to look for the red washer that sticks to the light fixture from the old bulb. Had to clock three of the four bulbs to get the desired 9/3 position. I'll update after I use them more.
The international sign of good lights here seems to be if you are flashed back. I was not but also don't believe in that sign. With my old lights I would get flashed occasionally because of the four bulbs and I never flash my lights to anyone because some people are crazy in their response when they get flashed. I just put up with it these day. I have flicked my lights on an off occasionally due to a cop with a radar gun but I may be the last person on the planet that knows what that means.
Bruce glad to hear they are working for you with no noise interference or flicker .It would be great if the BeamTech site was more informative with vehicle bulb compatibility .
Poncho how are the lights operating in the 2019 truck?
I can't give much of an answer but I'll tell you what little I do know. I've had the truck for 8 days and have only driven it once after dark. They seem to work just as well as they did on my 2017. If something goes wrong maybe I'll order those 10k that are mentioned earlier in this thread. But until then I'll save my $80 and use what I have.
