Good to hear, looking forward to getting them done over the weekend. Thanks!
Just be aware that once the turn signals are converted to LED, a change has to be made via FORScan or a dealer's IDS computer so that a hyperflash condition doesn't occur on the instrument cluster. The light itself will flash at normal speed, but the indicator in the cluster will flash rapidly.
I don't plan to do the turn signals. Just headlights, fog lights, back up and licence plate. So shouldn't need to mess with the settings. Thanks for the heads up though...😁
So I got everything installed...went as smooth as I could have hoped. I did the beamtech headlights and 9005's in the fog lights as well as the backup and licence plate lights. Huge upgrade over stock. Thanks for all the research and advice on install. Best money spent on lights of any vehicle I have owned.
Amazon has two styles of Beamtech H13 LED Headlights. Which one is most correct? Are both plug and play without having to purchase extra resistors or harnesses? Reprogramming?
This is my understanding, Clocked at 3 and 9, I need to order 4 of them, installation is about an hour without having to take the entire front of the truck apart. Anything else that I need to know about these style bulbs. I already have read about, installing the factory LED Option and LED in a non-LED light is bad.

So I've had the 10,000 lumens Beamtech lights for a few weeks and like them very much. I don't get flashed and I see way better at night. If you are getting older and think it's your eyes, it might be your lights.
Funny story, I took a 4 hour ride with 2,000 to 2,500 pounds in the box. I did get flashed a few times on this drive but that speaks more to weight in the truck than lights.

Can you post a link to the fog lights you used? Did you have to modify anything or was it a straight plug and play? I believe the actual fog lights from beam tech aren't very bright.
Thanks

I originally used Alla LED for fogs. Switched to Beamtech. I thought they both could have been brighter. I changed every bulb in the truck to LED on my 2017. Kept the bulbs when I traded a few weeks ago and swapped them all into the new 2019 except the fogs. They're still halogen. I don't seem to use them much anyway so it hasn't been a priority for me to switch them out.
The Beamtech fogs were H10 9145/9140/9040 replacements. I've heard here that others have had luck with another number, possibly 9005? Maybe someone could post on that.

I thought I saw somewhere the 9005 bulbs would work but I'm not sure if they were plug and play or not. Guess I can try to sift through all the posts of this thread

Beamtech 9005's are plug and play for the fog lights. They are much better than the stock size.
