I like the First one the best but i will try and find a few more angles to see ho it really looks.

Why would you go with a 2" front receiver? is there a lot of accessories for one?

Edit: I cannot find a single picture other than that one of th eDefender grille bumper its driving me nuts lol, i just want to make sure it looks good.

Though I would share. I do like the first one, but this is my favorite bumper that I can't afford at the moment pushing around 2K bucks.

Thats a nice one i like it, I've always liked the fusion bumpers just cant find more pics of them on the 05-07 trucks only 11+ lol. If i coukd find more pics they woukd have a new customer soon lol.

Also thought I'd add that what i thought were the wheel bearings on the focus were actually the nascar slicks that my fiance installed when she entered the daytona 500 lol.

Also my favorite and way too expensive for me lol. The look rugged and I would venture to say they could take one hell of an impact and shrug it off. Maybe after I win the lottery...

I would go with a 2" receiver because I do not need a winch all the time. Mount the winch on a 2" mount and have it available for front or rear as needed. You could also but in a ball to get a trailer out of a sticky situation, a hook for additoinal rescue options, a rack to haul stuff, or really anything you can think of. I like having options available.

My old Ranger tires made sounds like bearing failure. I believe it was the belts causing the problem. At least it saves cash

I never knew there were so many accessories lol.

Small update i painted the Fender last night no pics yet i let it dry upside down so if any paint runs it runs onto the bed floor not the painted side of the fender like the other one did. At least on my other on the flare covers it so i didn't care that much lol. I know i have been going back and forth but i do still plan to install a 20" light bar in my bumper and if i do that i need to find a good spot for my license plate so i don't block all of the light coming form it. Does anyone have any good ideas? I don't have the OEM mount just the bullbar one for now, also i think you guys will like what i am going to do to the 95 once i can find the picture i found last night of a crazy *** bumper lol.

It was nice to have that annoying sound fixed but at the same time it was a $400 fix vs $40 for the bearings and just a lot of my time lol.

EDIT: Found it! I'm going to make the F150 an offroad machine like I've always said lol.

Time for some James Bond *****!!!!!!

This is a motorized holder for Mustangs. It flips the plat down and then pulls it in. There is a little video on their website. Wire it when the light bar is on, the plate hides itself. When it is off, the plate is exposed. You could even smoke the light bar to make it less noticeable when the plate is up.

Mustang Flip Down License Plate Holder - Motorized (79-14 All) - Free Shipping

It won't let me post pictures, but take a look at it.

lol I had thought about doing that exact thing but couldn't figure out how to wire it so when the light is turned on the plate will flip out of the way. There is plenty of room to do that though the gap is big enough for the plate to slide under the light and out.

.........ummmmm.................. Plan on mowing down trees and telephone poles? If you are going to do that you might as well build an exocage for the whole truck lmao.

That would be a little more challenging, but not impossible. You can buy edge triggered relays. When the switch goes from off to on for the LED bar, it would trigger the raise command. Same for going from on to off. I could certainly help you with that part. But because it has that remote built in, that may complicate matters slightly...

Lol I just think it's bad *** it depends where I go with that truck eventually but my original plan was to make it crazy since it was a cheap $200 truck that needed very little work so there was barley any initial expense for it. Plus it would very intimidating to be behind lol with that a cap and a roof rack on the back with another crazy rear bumper.

If you know how to do it I am all for it then because I would love to have that ability to have the plate in the front and not zip-tied to my grille or something.

Damn that looks beautiful! I think i am going to save my urges to make an off-roader for the 95 though and just go ***** to the wall with that lol. I was talking with a kid at school who has an all custom fabbed dropped S10 and a 2500HD (chevy guys) he is in a few of my classes and he said he would gladly assit me in making one of those crazy road armor type bumpers like i posted previously lol. Naturally in school we dont get jack done becasue we talk about trucks and cummins swaps and all of that good stuff lol.

Update! I dropped the tank last night it was very easy and the bolts came right out to my surprise. The straps were as good as gone either this year or next one almost broke in half when i bent it out of the way. I apologize because my phone dies last night so i have no in process pics just merely aftermath ones from this morning and right before i unbolted the tank before the phone died.

covered it because were getting snow tonight...

Now either i have super human strength or its very rusty and when i poked it the rust just fell out...you can judge lol (driver side Cab Corner...) To my surprise the passenger side is fine but i already talked to my autobody guy who does a great job andhe may get it once im done just because i dont want crap getting in there this winter.

Also i convinced my parents to let me use the garage in a week or two i am going to rearrange and make room so i can air down the tires and roll the truck in so i can work through the snow rain and crap and always have light 24/7. I think it worked because the truck is parked where we put our trailer in the winter and my dad hates when i take up space lol also none of our cars fit in the garage except my expy anymore so i am claming it since we empty it for a car every winter lol.

So the plan going forward in light of getting the garage space i will install the new hangers and springs briefly to physically get the truck to hold its own weight and then i will get the Ex tank to sit on the frame just behind the cab so i can move it into the garage under its own power. This will obviously change as this week goes on if i get more done than anticipated then the truck could simply have a storage space for the snowy days while i work to finish the bed. Unfortunately the time of day limits how much i can do, aside orm painting everything else is very noisey such as grinding bolts so in the garage atleast i will only **** the dog off lol.

Very nice progress.

That beautiful stainless bumper can be yours at the cost of $4950.... lmao

That sucks about the cab corner.... that kinda stuff drives me nuts.

Your truck will be in the garage all winter long lmao. It spoils you. And you lose urgency because its always warm and dry lol.

Do you have a compressor and air tools? Grind those rivets flush to the bracket and then use an air chisel with a center punch attachment. You'll shoot those rivets halfway across the garage. Air chisel is a lot easier than a regular hammer with a center punch.... trust me lol

Lol well its not heated but i have a small space heater and yes urgency will go down but i will be able to make progress every day instead of a few days a week.

Yeah the cab corner pissed me off but at the dame time when my body guy fixed the bed he said you will get 2 or 3 more uears out of it and well... he was right on the money. I would rather it get fixed in the winter since its a hole than in the summer now because salt will now get inside rather than just outside. I will get both fixed to becausr the passenger side isnt bad at all but when you press you can slightly hear crumbles inside lol.

Unfortunately i do t jave an air compressor but what i have been doing id grinding the head flush with my grinder then i was going to use a punch and hammer and hammer those *******s out.

Holy lord jesus christ! I'll pass on that bumper lol.

For as much work as you do, money would be well spent on a compressor. It makes things go so much faster and requires a LOT less effort. I'd definitely get one before doing the F150.

At least the body guy knew what he was talking about. You definitely need to fix that before it loads with salt and grime. Rust really is the cancer of the automotive world... and living up north is like living in between a nuclear power plant and uranium refinery....

Holy lord jesus is right. For that kinda price, that bumper better come with a steak and hand job...
