My plan for that is to clean it up and paint it with POR but not top coat it with black and then use it to mount things like my auxiliary fuse panel to and other accessories, its a nice mounting plate if i do say so myself.
Nothing yet, I had mandatory staycation last week and i have another next week so I am actually planning on taking advantage of it and spending the ENTIRE week on the truck and getting it ready for just the motor to be installed. I basically want to get the truck to the point of if I install a battery everything will turn on and click I just have to get the motor in nd wired to run. I did all my house and yard work this past week while i was off lol now its time to work on the truck! I finished school this past May so I've just been saving my dollars for parts to finish the truck finally. It was so tough traveling for work and completing school that I never had time for the truck but now I dont travel as much and I have no more school work to do so now my house is squared away and my wife cant nag me to get anything else done lol.
So i promise i did actually make progress but my phone camera stopped working and my wife's camera is at her studio so i unfortunately didn't get any pics lol but i have 3 from my efforts.
I did not work on the truck for the full extent of my week off. Instead i cleaned the garage and put my work bench in the back room (had to disassemble and reassemble it) so i could fit the charger in the garage for the winter. It needs a new starter so i am going to get that in it and when i work on the truck i will pull her out and back in when I'm done. I did manage to get a picture before my phone stopped working though!
Also I got some speakers form my brother for the wife's new optima and the charger.
Wife's new car...took a chunk out of my week doing the footwork to get this lol. No more focus! We still have the BMW but we might make it a drift car since its a lost cause for selling it right now.
As for the truck i got the front end mounted back up to make room for my work bench and it will stay on i am going to test mount everything and get it ready for the motor. Other than that i ran all the wires to the passenger side in the old battery tray and i am going to design a waterproof box for the fuse panel and my aux fuse panel(s) i added a while back. On the rear i pulled out the over sized cross-member and will order a the right size as well as mounted the rear part of the Ex tank to the trailer hitch. I also finished painting the frame with POR and mounted my front traction bar mounts. My new phone should be in next week so unfortunately until then i cant take pictures...
Photobucket has basically ruined forums because of their greed. Some sites let you upload directly (this one does as far as I know if you are using a computer).

I can upload directly from my iPhone. Photobucket has defiantly screwed up a bunch of threads too. Look at a thread to get some ideas and there are no pictures.
Yeah that's bogus they wanted to charge me $400 a year to keep my pictures up...screw that. Maybe ill make a YouTube channel or a blog or something then if i cant figure it out lol. I can do directly from my iPhone to but it doesn't work right now and it doesn't always work right or upload and i dont find out until i check my posts on the computer.
Load your pictures to flickr and then copy the link and post it here. It keeps much better picture quality than photobucket anyway.
Side note, I had to deal with the same crap with my mustang build. Been steadily working on that thing since 2013 and ALL my pictures are invisible now. Ive since switched over to flickr.
Sorry guys, I'm trying to download all my pictures from Photobucket and I've been having no luck. Most of them are only on Photobucket now so if I lose them I'm screwed...Once i can get them off I'll get them uploaded and posted.
