Here they are front end is now completely POR'd

I also removed all the ESOF hoses except those that attach to the engine and heater core which i plan to plug but if i removed the hoses i would never find them again lol.

When i dropped the passenger fender liner i realized that the tank thing was just an ESOF thing so i pulled it as well.

Thanks!, this week i am getting my rear shackle flip, 1.5" block and U-bolts so this weekend i am going to reassemble the front end and tear down the rear end lol. Basically i need to POR the passenger Fender but i am waiting to do the assembly until tomorrow when i get my 12 case of fluid film and coat the internal area's i wont be able to reach after reassembly.

Not yet, i just got to bolting the bed down Sunday and i leave and get home before and after the inspection places open/close lol. Do they care about windshield washer fluid pumps not working? mine went out so now i need a new one but i would hate to have that cause it to fail.

I only mentioned because I saw the other in the front end picture and everything you have done has snowballed into another. LOL. The attention your putting into it is pretty sweet.

I am not sure if they would care. I'm sure it depends on how picky the guy inspecting is. Worse comes to worse, get an old spray bottle, fill it with washer fluid, route a washer hose through the firewall and into the cab. Duck tape the bottle to the shifter. Now you have pistol grip washer fluid

See... I don't always spend your money lol.

On another note, I am curious to see how well your spot weld bit works.
