My most recent Through the Windshield pictures. It was a beautiful day in Central PA so we took the 54 out for a drive. Temps got up to 55. First time it was on the road since late December.

Crossing the bridge over the West Branch of the Susquehanna onto the Great Island.

On the Great Island. The river splits into two and forms a huge island. This is prime farming land. And a great place to find arrowheads.

Why is the picture taken from the passenger side? Because I was not driving. Since my shoulder replacement was less than 3 weeks ago I can't drive my truck, although I am now driving my daily driver Honda CR-V. So my buddy Bill, who some of you met at the Central PA Truckstock, took me and my truck out for a drive. It was great!

Took mine for a little ride yesterday. Never left the driveway but in my mind I was cruising the backroads for several hours;

Central PA is much like the Rhineland. No wonder my ancestors felt at home.

A little new for this section, but, I snuck out while the roads were frozen and dry. Did a little engine work on the 272 and got here out and up to cruising speed for about a 25 mile trip.

so it is, Abe . I drove through PA once in 1999 on my way from N.Y.C. to the Niagara Falls and often felt like home

Hey, a 57 is only off by a year. And I love your Meadow Green F500.

Are your gauges correct? Maybe it's just me, but I think I'd like to see a bit more than 10 pounds of oil pressure while driving, if it's even showing that much.
