You had a beautiful day for your drive. Thanks for sharing. Seeing the rugged mountains contrasting with the big open sky is certainly a reminder of how blessed our county is to have such varied and spectacular scenery. My wife and I are trying to visit all the states. Your beautiful state is one of the half dozen or so still on our bucket list.
The fall leaf color is waning here, but took the truck for a 75-mile run to see if the new rear main oil seal was going to leak. No leaks, yay. I took some tree color photos with my cheapo phone but they were too blurry, except for this one.

No leaks! Good for you. Not many of us can say that. The hardwood trees around here are mostly bare. We have lots of tamaracks though, and they are still a beautiful gold. My truck is all tucked away for the winter, so there won't be any "Through the Windshield" pics for awhile.
No new pics since late October?! Surely not everyone has their truck parked for winter. 28° when I took a drive last week, a beautiful day.
OK, Ross! Don't rub it in!
Actually I've been driving my 54 up until the week before Christmas. Then we had some freezing rain and later a little bit of snow and they salted the roads like crazy!
