this morning i weighed in at 185 again! i pushed out a good workout and hopefully i can keep a ginnin' til the weekend... Saturday i'm planning on working pretty hard on the truck. so not much time to eat bad lol! then Sunday i'm hoping to smoke some ribs and have family over. that'll be my rest and cheat day haha!
I didn't gain as much as I had in my mind that I would while traveling, in fact I am down half a pound from my start day which was 6/14, so a few days or a week of focusing on a good diet, and I can guess I may reach my goal for this month.
that's great!!!
i weighed in at 184 this morning, and proceeded to have a nice intense leg day workout. i'll be so busy tomorrow that i bet i'll hold steady til monday. then we'll see about another half a pound by the first of the month! its getting to where there isn't much left to work with here lol! i can't eat less - that'll make me nice and intolerable haha! i can't work out harder, joints aren't gonna stand for it. i can't really pick any better foods either. i may have actually found my sweet spot!
What discourages me is watching my wife struggle to lose weight, then she does, and to lose more, she has to eat less, then less, then less, and it gets to a point where I see her eat very little, but then something comes up and we go to an event or out to dinner, and she can't order normal food off of the menu, "Because it would cause her to gain weight".. or as soon as we are home, she weighs herself and is complaining that she gained 1/2 a lb, or something similar.
Honestly though, I could find a million excuses why I don't want to properly diet, or exercise, but in the end, I am going to have to.
maybe that's how my wife feels about me lol, she sees me put myself through this every day, i always try to encourage her... maybe i'm actaully discouraging her
i'll tell you one thing, after trying to maintain just the habits of eating healthy and exercising often for so many years now, it really is second nature for me now. her too. though it seems like its lost so easily! oh well, i like the punishment im an odd duck!
hey read this lol! where it says that people that lose a lot of weight and keep it off tend to be tinkerers, they like the trial and error... that's totally me lol! https://www.t-nation.com/diet-fat-lo...ep-the-fat-off
i was just under 184 this morning, so far so good, another 10 days or so and i'm calling it! i'm seeing more vascularity in my forearms and less belly flopping around lol, just wish that lose skin would shrink up
I'm down 2.2 lbs this morning, worked all day physically, and kept very busy yesterday, which I will chalk up to mostly water weight, but I ate fairly well yesterday so there had to be a bit of weight loss too I assume.
no doubt! just keep that kind or routine up and let it multiply!
man this morning was pretty tough to get moving. yesterday i decided to do a true rest day. no walks, no crunches, no physically demanding chores... i made ribs for my inlaws and they brought some tasty deserts. im guessing the food i ate is to blame for my sluggishness today. but i still had a good workout!
185 pounds this morning. and 9 days to go with my 3 month experiment. i'm looking forward to taking a few comparison pics and doing a summary write-up.
I was up about half a pound from my 2.2 lbs down this morning, but I drank a lot of tea before going to bed, as I just couldn't seem to get over my thirst.
A lady at work went on an instructed diet/ with a trainer, and at work, in her work clothes, I couldn't tell much difference, but she posted on FB a pic of her in her gym clothes, and there was a huge change.
I was down 1 pound this morning and have been hovering there for a bit, about 18 more days till my 1 month weigh in, so losing that next pound "should" be easy.
