That does sound like an amazing trip! It's amazing what you can recall from that age, I was also 5 when we took the only real vacation of my childhood and went to Disneyland. So many "clips" of that trip still hang vivid in my memory when I play them back. With the boys at 3 and 6, I really hope they soak up the whole trip in their memory banks. If not, I'll have knock-off Go-Pro footage to jog their memories a few decades from now

set a dash cam on them and lock in the segments when they do something funny in the back seats lol!

this morning was leg day! i may be so sore that i can't do my cardio tomorrow lol
weighted in at 185, i think i've hit my comfortable weight, i feel like i could keep this weight pretty easy all summer. this winter i'll probably ooch back up to 190. then ill do it all over again!

I am down 1 lb this morning, and hopefully by following a "Lose 2 lbs per month goal" I can accidentally lose a few more than that along the way.

i bet you can accidentally loose several more per month! last winter that's what happenede to me, i was shooting for 185 i believe over a 6 week period. by 4 or 5 weeks i got to 184 and kept loosing down to i think 181 by the sixth week, it was crazy. but people started telling me that i looked sick... talk about encouragement lol

I had gotten down a few lbs. by Sunday Morning, but Father's day was a big eating day, so I went back up in weight, so time to start over.

i made jambalaya saturday and grilled sunday, so i definitely didn't do myself any favored lol! but i did eat grapefruit and apples when i was just looking for comfort food, so that helped a lot. this morning i hit the weights hard, i think all those extra calories helped, but i'm back on the wagon so the next few days will suck!

As of Sunday Morning I was down 2 lbs, but then Father's day happened, and I went back up a lb and a half. We went out to lunch and I had a huge meal, and then FroYo instead of dinner, because I was so full from lunch.
Also, in an effort to stay well hydrated, I drank a lot of water yesterday while working outside which probably added to the overall weight.

that's no too bad! i weighed over 3 pounds heavier this morning as compared to Friday lol, but it's gonna come out by wednesday, i'm not giving it an opportunity to stick!

OK when I fall off the wagon I sure do it right!!! Amish restaurant in Fredonia--- Duble patty homode German sausage burger with a slab (not a slice) of some kind of homemade cheese--- top and bottom. Fried Potatoes-- not just fried but cast iron skillet fried-- with onions and huge chunks of bacon- lard ground pepper and the potatoes were crispy- not soggy in the slightest-- and then a piece of homemade apple pie with a slab of that AWESOME cheese and a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream- (made with fresh cream) a huge shot of insulin -- and a diet Dr. Pepper.. I rarely cheat much-- and only cheat like that once or twice a year-- it took me 1 1/2 hours to eat it all, because I savored every stinkin bite. My blood sugar a hour ago was only 140 so I am pretty happy.

oh my gosh! i want to eat there!!!!!
...says my heart, but my brain is trying to tell me no lol

weighted about 186 this morning, and i expect ot be 185 tomorrow after the hour of HIIT and cardio this morning. and all the spiniach i'm eating lol! so tomorrow i expect to be ready to roll like last week. this should (SHOULD) set me up for another pound or so of fat loss before July 1st.

i know man, i tried packing lunches when & where i could while i was in the oil field, but it just never works out. especially when you leave the lunchbox in a hot pickup and it stinks it up lolol
