Amazing what regular exercise will do. The Rehab folks divide things into activities and exercise. Puttering in the yard, golf, most mowing etc. are activities while a brisk walk, bike riding, swimming, running etc are exercise. You need to raise your heart rate and maintain it for 30-40 minutes to get the best heart healthy benefits. Any activity helps with weight loss though.
I have an anchor stuck on the 230 range. I always come in just a little under.
This weekend I got the second covid shot, which nearly killed me, Friday night was horrible, and Saturday up until about 3 PM was challenging. I think if death showed up at the door, I might have just invited him in. Without eating Friday night and Saturday, I hoped my weight would go down some, but I also didn't move much except get up every 15 minutes to pee...

I hope you are much better now. The 2 shots did make me a bit tired on the first and while waiting to leave my arm started burning but that went away before I left. Wasn't really sore after that. 2nd shot my arm did not burn but was sore pretty bad for a few days and I was not as tired.
I received the first COVID shot a couple weeks ago and only had soreness at the injection site, sounds like I faired OK for that one. We'll see what the second shot brings when I get it a little over a week from now.
Weighed in at 216.2 this morning. Was stuck at 219.4 for a few weeks, but finally broke through. Diet has been going fairly well with the low carb most of the week. Hoping for a new record low sometime this month, only a couple pounds away!
It was a weekend of eating and riding in the car. I maintained my weight, and maybe even added a temporary pound or two. Gotta mow the yard and reconfigure the parking lot at the house to bring the trailer home from work, so its going to be a busy week. That should help.

Keep at it. Utah is just uder 3 months away and anything you can do between now and then will help. Utah will drop you a bit while you are there. But it will hurt a bit.
Ugh... I have been eating less but gaining more. Of course part of it is what I am eating, not the quantity. Our garden is out of order currently, and we need to get that going again.
