5924 is definitely the truck. Sounds fishy. I called a customer service number today. Got a lady that couldn't believe what was happening. Actually acted like she cared. Then she said it was a fleet deal so someone else got on the line. He said it was out of his hands if the rep said it was water intrusion then that's what it was. Good grief!!!!
That's strange. I take it was the difference in the two people not just because the rules are different for fleet vehicles somehow? odd.....
Wow, after reading all of this and rickatic's problem, I get a whole new view of ford. If i have any troubles in the future I'll need witnesses present at every step of my service process. 2 fluid sample containers for each fluid(1 for me and 1 for ford taken with a witness. All communication is to be done in writing time and date stamped. Ect. Good grief ......

Did FCS lookup your VIN for any repair orders or did they only listen and blindly agree the FSE is correct?
I didnt go threw all the pages but I will say Oasis will only post warranty items and will not update till a warranty claim is processed threw acesII (ford). the dealer would not submit it till all work is complete.

So if no warranty claim is submitted, which it sounds as it is on Customer pay ticket, there may never be anything on oasis.
I have seen many never submitt a warranty, that way there wont be a survey on customer satisfaction, that would go as a strike against dealer on quality care and service. Push it under the rug.
So.. isn't there a set price or number of hours for a specific job?? Like man hours of labor?? They said my PARTS bill was over 17K, but the guy( who has only done 1 of these) is still working on it. He started putting it back together last Wednesday(supposidly), and still is not done. I suppose I'll get rammed for over a week of labor. Wow... just gets better doen't it??
Yes there is a labor book they have to follow. say if it says it pays 20 hours labor rate. and he does it in 30. he just lost his butt. but if he could do same job in 10 hours he just made really good money.
There is a CUDL report. Started 11/22/2011 with roadside assistance but last notes in it are from 01/09/2012.
Was a mix up with VIN, looks like dealer possibly started job with wrong VIN. Must have grabbed info from Randys files (he has multiple trucks remember)instead of truck?
