Listen we all really need to buy some property together and put ONE HUGE (super walmart size bldg) shop in the middle and all live on the surrounding acreage. Like in each corner or make it pentagon shaped so we can all cover the perimeter.

And store our Ford trucks there, like a peaceful Waco Tx kinda place. That way we all can work Alan to death on our stuff and wear out his tire machine.....lol

Of course Unk Bob is in charge of the Christmas lights, that will be put up year round of course. And we need our own place to go 4 wheeling, shoot guns, and hunt bambi so we need like a 1000 or more acres, is what I am thinking.

Who's in on this dream?

Morning everyone, just about have run out of duct tape trying to keep things from blowing away over here in Nevada. Not sure when I'm headed to work today (the line-up is horrible) so I guess I'll just find something constructive to occupy my time.

i am wanting to do the 35 into something i can tow behind the bus to have something smaller to run around in while parked when traveling.. as far as the one in the shop now.. we are thinking street rod with the hemi engine thats scattered around the shop, with open hood sides a short bed..larry is wanting to use my spare 46 white grille & shell so it will kinnda match the bus.... as far as a place for rich's dream we could get the farm next to where the shop is now build a 500x500 building..that should hold a few of our projects.. i could even help alan some..maybe hand him wrenches..

I'm all for the dream. Maybe me and the boss lady could build a shouse on some adjacent property. I'll do paint and body and some minor mechanic work, obviously spinning wrenches is second nature for Alan, he doesn't have to think about it since it is instinct for him.

Deceided not to do the boards on the 01 yet. I'd rather do the repairs first. So they are going in the shed, or atleast under the deck, the weather won't hurt that fiberglass any.
Chip I appreciate the offer on some color. The truck is an 01 F150, and I believe the paint code is "AQ" and I believe it is called "Shadow Beige"?
So then, since the boards aren't going to happen. I have so far atleast drug out the shop vac, and worked on Shari's 08 Escape, and my 01 F150. I can't stand a dirt vehicle.

Gonna have another beer

Bob, you wanna talk about dirt? This Bravada is riddled with it. I'm charging an extra $50 for all the dirt I ate so far today. I have to wait on some parts before I put the new engine in. I already have the old engine on the ground. I guess I'll get Lee's brakes done while I'm waiting.

I'm all in on "Shopville". Just don't work me too hard guys. My brittle body may break all together. .

I better get back to work. I just came in for a little grub.

Sounds like you found yourself a plow! I've done that to custmers before at the shop. To literaly have to de-grease/or dig out grease, dirt/mud etc, is above and beyond. One of our customers at the shop is an "underground" buisiness. Yes.... I meant a CAVE! A complaint would be a vibration..... DUH..... The inside of every wheel is wet, cave dust/almost cement! Yes.... It's going to vibrate a bit!

Here's your sign!

Rich - I'm trying to take it easy on the shoulder, but there are some things that just need to be done. If winter stays warmish, I should make it on firewood, but if not...

Shopville sounds good to me - all I need to do now is win the Lottery.
