No. There are three guys on an engine. Engineer, captain, and firefighter. The engineer (driver) stays with the truck. The captain probably doesn't wanna get set, so that leavs the last man. He's also the acting lead paramedic on calls, even though they are all paramedic certified.

Assuming the engine is paramedic staffed. Which most are here.

It is standard response to send a water rescue truck to any water tech rescue because they also have other gear like ropes and such. They call the jet skis PWCs or Personal Water Craft.

This one has caused a few arguments in the Fire/EMS communities:
Fire engine up front, ambulance in the back.
I started my first fire technology class wednesday so I grabbed some pics while I was there.
And this one is a tad scary. They weigh 15-17,000lbs

Oh yeah, Fresno is a major metropolis of 1 million people. We even have our own water park now. 
I have never heard of a county having two different color fire trucks until now. I know cities have their own paint schemes and colors, but this is the first time seeing two colors for the same county.

Here is one from Sandy Hook Vol. Fire Rescue!
I was looking them up because my station has hung a banner in our crew quarters which we are able to sign and then we will be sending it to them as a thank you and recognition.
