Sorry about the picture size, it wouldn't let me resize it. Does the T of NT mean factory tandem axle? This one appears to have had the frame welded on both sides and maybe the tandem added.

The rear axle was not an RPO (Regular Production Order) for this truck. It was a Domestic Special Order and installed after the truck left the assembly line.

Who installed it and how it was done is unknown, as the records are no longer available.

The Fuller RT-915 15 speed transmission (usually installed in W/WT1000D w/a diesel), front axle and driveshaft were also Domestic Special Orders.

Thank you so much for your time and knowledge. Just two more questions please.
*Would the first three of the Vin for a '63-69 N1000 be W10?
*I know two of the three diesels offered were the Cummins 195 and the Detroit 671, but what was the third?
Thanks again.

No such thing as W10. 10 = 1/2 ton truck.

Only two are listed.
R00 = 1963/69 N1000.

Cummins: 1963/69 // Detroit: 1968/69.

Why to you want a T4 manifold for that small of a engine?
As for the pipe, a salvage yard for shop that can cut out the bent section and weld in a new piece.
