I also suggest Anchor industries.. they have an online search catalog.. Im still working on a possible Anchor number.. because anchor is available everywhere
In researching Anchor there is a possibility the part numbers are 2048 and 2050.. but this is by picture only and for an earlier year light duty six truck.. Im going to order some of those through my oriellys and see.. I didnt find a listing for the F600 300 six truck.. just the v8's
You are right Bill..I missed the 5/8 vs 3/4. specs ... now I get to buy that one too.. but I doubt Ill need another one in the trucks life.. the first one has lasted nearly forty years and Ill be long rusted by then
In researching the above number there was info it was superseded by E2TZ-18599-A.. who knows if that is correct
Still trying to confirm fitment of an ANCHOR number for the motor mounts for 300s... by PICTURE only the ones I found (above) look like the right ones... but they were for much earlier light duty six trucks
That's the one Bill.. specs match what I have in my hand... yippee Ford.. still making them after all these years..unfortunately no aftermarket so it was dealer ..ouch
Auto Nation Ford ~ White Bear Lake MN .. Best price on the net, dealer cost +10%
I ordered both of them.. I have no time to waste... I know one of them will be correct..I only have to do it once and its the only piece that's iffy in the whole system.. in the big picture,.,,no problem
Hi ya, Bill! My truck is really coming along! I've got it running nicely, driving well and it's even licensed and insured! So, what I'm working on now is a check valve that goes in between the intake manifold and the power brake booster. The part number for a 1956 F600 could be 7RT-2365-B. I got that number from an ad on eBay so please take it with the usual grain of salt. I am only including it here to (hopefully) help you in the search for the correct part for mine...
As always, thanks for all that you do for us around here!
