I have a 1962 f 500. Hard to find info on this so far.

i know it originally had a 6 cylinder, it it now has a 8 cylinder. I want to pull motor and tranny and put new seals in, they both operate fine, just leak.

The swapped engine may be a 292 Y block, as it was an option in these trucks. The distributor is behind the carburetor.
