did you flush the motor. i changed my oil three times now. when i changed it like 15 minutes ago i still had a some coolant in it. i have had less each time. you need to change the oil a few times then you should eventually have clean oil.

No the cooler went fine . ya never know but I don't think so .
The expansion tank is still draining , I can hear it running into the block.

Dang, been following and hoping the best for you. Since you have to drain the oil again anyway the pressure test would tell you if it's leaking as it was prior to the fix?

Ahh Positive thinking . I'll try it .
It's absolutely possible cause I only got 5 gallons of distilled water in which means there's water somewhere . I'll drain it and re fill it .

Was just hoping that it could be something simple. Like Mike said the press will tell you for sure. The only other place would be the head gasket, but you say it was running fine.

When you drain the oil leave than plug out & put the pressure on the cooling system. If it's leaking it will come out the oil drain. Good luck bud

I was hoping for some better news but was a little skeptical. If you add water to the overflow does it just drain out the oil drain plug? Keep us posted on what you decide to do. Sounds like you are taking this in stride. Not much you can do, chit breaks.

Any news? Did you get chance to pressure the coolant system? Good luck, hoping for the best for you.

Morning everyone
I didn't pressure test it. It must be something pretty big . When I drained the oil pan it was all water for the first gallon or so and then ALL milk . It seemed to hold the water a long time . I had heat in the cab and the tank was still full . When I shut the truck off you could hear the water . After I drained the pan and the oil stopped . I took the cap off the expansion tank and the little water left ran right out the drain plug .
I'm getting in over my head now but still not afraid to keep going. I'd like to ask everyone what direction you think I should take . I really need to get the truck back on the road .
The Excursion is in great shape ,new trani, new steering box,new tires. .I traded my 06 F250SD in for the EX. Can you guys ALL chime in and let me know wht you think ? Looking from underneath the truck it is a bit wet on both sides of the block up top and runs around and down on the bell housing of the trani . I think that may be the oil from last oil change when I spilled oil in the ceter valley . Not sure though .
When the truck was running it didn't miss a beat. What could it be ??
Thanks
Tom

I could not believe that was coming out of the oil pan . It looked like a melted custard ice cream cone .

Milkshake anyone..... My bet would be that dang oil cooler, don't think it could mix oil & water at that rate anywhere else.
