The place I bought it from is so shady . I've been reading reviews on them and they all say the same thing . "I broke down" . Service was terrible . It's a Ford Dealership which is the sad part .

I know what ya feeling there X. Found mine in Kansas..."Clean" Carfax, 1 owner 108k on it and seats still smelled new...Well, after blowing injector cups, new head gaskets, a stolen entertainment center (long story), a few injectors and other minor things. After learning so much over these months about these engines, I noticed its got a reman HPOP, so somewhere in its life somethings been wrong, and I am scared to death almost to take it out in fear of something going wrong!!!
But she's running good now, got new flush and Peak ELC and gonna have a new oil change this weekend!!!
OH, and a new entertainment center!!

He pressure tested it last night and it held 14psi . He is waiting for hardware which I think he will have today .
I'm waiting for the green light from him that it's ok to re-install . Fingers still crossed
Yeah, I am waiting on new hardware for the manifolds. They were leaking pretty good around cylinders 5 & 7 and 6 & 8. I already have new gaskets for them.
I will be checking a few more things today just to be certain it doesn't have anymore problems. I had an F550 6.0 come in and needed injectors yesterday. It was a work truck and was needed for today so I had to stop and work on that. Well needless to say, it's probably a FICM on that and I don't have one of those just sitting around. So I will be working on it again today. Both Todd's and Tom's engines will be getting finished up here as timely as possible and reinstalled.

Couple things . Are you gonna still drill the turbo for the gauges ? and can you pressure test the radiator ? The paperwork from the dealership says it had a leak ?? Are we still changing the trans cooler to a 6.0 and or V10 ?
