Heck I don't even know. Never had a vehicle rust, at all.

Hate to see this topic dropping to second page.
How about some new concepts?
I hope picture will show without logging to other forum. Let me know?

Yuck...just saw a mini-van commercial (uglier than normal) rockin' some Judas Priest to advertise it. Utterly uncomfortable to watch.

Off to a hospital to install some FCU's. They'll only let us do it on a Sunday night...grrrr

Have a wonderful night

Don't forget about the angry 5.4ers out there. They tend to suffer from .... envy.

Very funny

The Powerstroke is better..... for certain applications. But a diesel is not for everyone, and it doesn't mean that there are not capable gas motors out there. For someone that uses their truck primarily for towing the diesel is better.

Argo has made a couple real good posts on the previous 2 pages. A nice look at things that happened in the past, as well as a look at some possibilities in the future. I gave you reps for the first post, but couldn't on the 2nd one. Both posts deserve it.

Yeah, that motor talk is way beyond me, but it sounds cool. Let me know when the topic shifts to ECU's and lights and stuff so I can add my $0.01.

Than even proffesional grass mowers are diesel only.
So can we honestly say the gas motor in truck is only good for occasional getting a 6-pack?

Going from the 5.4 to the 6.4 was like going from a single speed coaster brake bike to a Giant OCR A1. The 6.7 would be like a Pinarello Prince.

I have fond memories of my 5.4... in a few months I am sure I will forget that motor entirely and that will be even better.

Take my 5.4... Please.

I'm not sure which day God made the 5.4, but it just sat there until a diesel brought it to the dealer.
