My 2002 F150 was slow as hell...That was my point. The V10's are slow, too.
Trucks are slow, what's your point? You think your PSD is fast, why not race something that is actually suppose to be fast then?
The difference is that I know my truck is slow, I don't care. And I sure wouldn't by a PSD just because it was faster. I didn't by a truck to race from stop light to stop light like you mention, I spent to much money on it to wear it out trying to prove to myself that it is fast. I bought a truck based on it's towing abilities, not 0-60 times.
If I want something fast, I jump in wife's Saab for a spin to the store. It's not a sports car, but compared to any Super Duty, it sure feels like one!
Sorry, I'll step off the soap box now. I just get tired of people trying to make something into something it's not suppose to be.

BS. You're one of the ones who incessantly talks about how much faster a V10 is. They're not fast, so now you try to say ALL trucks are slow...FAIL.
However, since you said it, SHOW ME where I EVER mentioned racing my PSD from light to light. You CAN'T, because I NEVER did. Now you're ascribing traits to me that aren't there, which constitutes slander at the extreme, but since it's an Internet forum it just makes you a TROLL in my book.

You said you mauled a V10, that generally implies you were both at a stop light, and both hammered it off the line, unless you did a highway race which is even more idiotic then a race off the line. As far as him being a troll, a Troll is usually somebody who says inflammatory remarks, posts flamebait, gets angry when people don't agree with him, responds to other people with hostility. "Returns" insults, negative rep, etc...
Would you like me to point out how many of your past posts in this threads contain at least one (and quite often more then one) of the above typical characteristics of a troll?

You really need to read the threads in the links below. You sir, are the very definition of a troll. Now, please, follow through on your own threat and leave this thread
Do some reading. It's a 6.4 with a TS, compared to an older 2-valve V10 w/4R100 with only 3.73 gears which we know is not conducive to towing, it really needs the 4.30's. It's not even a 3-valve V10, not even a V10 with a TS, and it still does the job, AND almost does it as well as (GASP!) a 6.4.

You need to look up the definition of "Maul". Your definition is way off from Merriam-Webster's.

maul
–noun
1. a heavy hammer, as for driving stakes or wedges.
2. Archaic . a heavy club or mace.
–verb (used with object) 3. to handle or use roughly: The book was badly mauled by its borrowers.
4. to injure by a rough beating, shoving,or the like; bruise: to be mauled by an angry crowd.
5. to split with a maul and wedge, as a wooden rail.
Those are the real definitions, mind telling me which one you used in the below quote?
"The V10's are slow compared to the Powerstroke. Period. (At least the 6.4) I mauled one about an hour ago. That ends any debate on my end."

You can argue with a mod, I've done it before. What you can't do when arguing with a mod (or anybody on a forum for that matter) is start throwing insults and personal attacks at people.

Actually, I'm more lenient when it's directed at me
