Scott texted me and as Cris said he now has power. His ac is cranking and he is happy that his house is at a comfortable 65*. I swear that I saw the man smile in the text. After things return to normal for him we are going to work on setting him up with the proper setup for his generator.

I'll try to get in touch with Rick tommorow to see how he is doing.

Glad to hear it, too. I have a co-worker that lives about 5 miles from me that is still without power. He and his neighbors are running generators.

Good for Scott, I'm still without power and not sure when I will be getting it turned back on. The houses across the street have power but our side doesn't.

Have you got some extension cords you've run across the street?

I do have several heavy duty cords, and the offer has been made. Just too many cars driving around the neighborhood. They even made the offer. Tuesday we had a block party, I was in my element on the BBQ pit cooking away for everyone, so we have a good hot meal. Thanks for asking.

No trees, but great news I do have power back on about 20 minutes a go. YeSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Insurance just call to setup appointment to access damages as well.

You all who have been affected by this storm...

You have handled this with such grace and positive attitudes.

You really have set an example for the rest of us to follow.
