Our prayers are with all that took damage from IKE.
I am somewhat embarrassed to say that we missed all of this because we left on vacation the day before IKE hit and have been away from telephone, radio and internet access since then. We are still trying to catch up on everything that has transpired over the last 10-12 days. Guess it may be time for satellite radio?

I just got off the phone with Rick. He seems to be in good spirits, which in his case would be really hard to do. He says he thinks he is ok for right now but will call me if something comes up. I'm going to call him back later today just to check in.
I know a short cut to LC and can be there in a couple of hours. Jezebel has a full tank of diesel, the hubs are locked in and I'm ready to roll.
One thing that he did say is that he is absolutely floored by the outpouring of support from the people here at FTE. I'd have to agree with him. The best people on the planet are right here.
