Oh I'm far from being a fast worker Morris but I will admit that this type of work is routine enough that I don't to spend much time thinking about what I'm doing. There really wasn't that much to be done. Once a person gets started it's just a case of keeping going.
Now that I'm on my next data billing cycle I can update my retirement thread, was going to do it the other day but I was way over my daily usage average.

It`s a shame that a part of the Corner Gas was torn down Friday, due to the ground conditions the building was unstable.

I`m stroked that we too finally have sunny and warmer weather Perry, officially Oct only had 61.5 hrs, 12 days of sun light.
It was just a temporary gas station movie set and likely fairly large not being that well built so it would be difficult to move it.

The high today is only going to be about 9c and it's windy with dark clouds Morris. Show sets are pretty rickety and I'm surprised it didn't blow down lol. 1 last thin finishing coat and am looking hard for dents as there's next to no bond needed, then knocking down color coat, no spraying today. I'm used to putting in the long hours to get ahead on the weather, so you should be used to that schedule being on a farm.

The current high 20°C and sunny Perry, the rest of this coming week is between 11-14 °C so I`m going back out outside to make the most of it.
You're right, farming meant some really long hours but I don`t have that now.

Thanks for the links Morris, wasn't much to the building but it was built a lot better than some movie sets I've seen. Every so often I would get a set pass from a set director so that I could see a shooting, was supposed to be there so that I could see what they were doing and think about what I had in the warehouse that would fit in. No cameras and phones stay in your pocket, can only use them if your facing a blank wall or your escort is standing in front of you. Some actors look pretty rough when they show up to their trailers.
Had a north wind all day that felt like cold rain, got tired of having cold fingers. Will be taking off running boards, bumper and grill tomorrow and doing rocker guard coating and pitted rust tomorrow, fair amount of pitted rust. This job will slow down for a while as there is a lot of detail repairs that need to be done or it will look like crap when I'm done. Changing the hood will save a lot of time.
Looks like November is being good to us all.

The worst part about the building was that it was full of mice. And it was a set, when you closed the doors the whole building shook.
