The front window in my 75 was a pita, but then I did it myself and it was my first time in well over 30 years. Used dish soap as a lubricant and sealer, window had an upside down horse shoe crack on the bottom and it didn't break.
Looks like that spare transmission is totally different from your`s Perry, it has a cast iron top. Hopefully you can make out the numbers from this picture.
It's a bright beautiful morning today, may have found my hens tooth Morris courtesy of Mikeo0o0o0o
He found a dealership that has 20 of the springs, think the guy cornered the market on these springs. Prices aren't too bad so I'll pick up 2 or 3 sets of springs and retainers. Thanks for checking, it was a shot in the dark. This motor and transmission combination was only used for 2 years, then the frame got changed.
My windshield on my panel leaked without it but back window seems to be okay..
I will definitely use the sealant on the windshield on this one but was thinking the rear might not need it..
Good day folks.
That was a lucky find on these springs Perry, getting spares is a good idea. Weird but not surprising that combination was just used for a couple of years.
Is it sunny in Ont too John?
I`ve never had any leakage problems on my dent side windshields without sealant but it is a good idea.
Looks like that supermoon on Sunday, Monday is going to bring us colder weather with a few showers, flurries.
