A quiet evening, my wife is out of town tending to her sick brother.
In the world series the Chicago Cubs are down 2 games to one and losing 4-1 in the 6th. They still can't get any hits off the Cleveland pitchers.

That`s the way it seemed during the first game of this World Series, I was hoping the Cubs would beat the Blue Jay beaters but it`s doesn`t appear very likely now. I can't bear to watch any more of this game.

I guess I should be that way too. I like the Jays but there hasn't anything to cheer about when it comes to the play offs. When I cheer for any team it's the kiss of death.

Good morning everyone. Had a good day yesterday, the girls came in third in the playoff finals and spent the day visiting with the other parents which I usually don't get a chance to do. Tonight is the Fall Supper so I will get to fill up on turkey. Which I am looking forward to.
