This little bit of snow and rain didn't flush out my last bit of open excavation but it sure turned it into a schit show. The next day or 2 should dry it out, means a day or 2 of prepping the shelter
Just doing the cab on my 75 I went through about 6 sheets but I didnt take it to 3000. Cheated and used Meguires #2 scratch paste and a bit of #1 polishing, it's a work truck so I didn't want to get carried away with a mirror finish on a truck thats going to get scratched.
It just can't seem to dry here, heavy morning dew plus cool, cloudy days.
Any idea of how much you've spent on sandpaper, paint material? I`m sure it'll look great when you are done.
I used rubbing compound to buff out my 72, except for that thin spot on the hood it looked good for a work truck.

Good evening everyone another cool and wet one here today. Nice to hear your making progress on your pickup John. I will be spending another weekend in a school gym watching my daughters volleyball team. Should be fun as they are very excited to be this far into the playoffs.
