I found this '77 f250 4x2 cab at a local junkyard, I couldn't let it get crushed so I brought it home to be stored for a little while to I figure out what i wanna do with it , for a PA truck, it is pretty descent, has a little rust but is repairable
Looks great! I've been trying to figure out a color for my build. Whites now a contender. Window tint looks good too.
Thanks! Not a huge fan of white but it was the factory color and wembelton white is more of a cream so it's not bad, kinda growing on me. Still would like to find the trim for the rear doors and between the doors for the dent only) so I can break it up a little. If I don't find it I may go with the explorer stripes like my reg cab.
Hey choptop what size tire and rims you got on the crew? Looks great!
Thanks. They are 16.5 mags (powder coated) with 37/12.50s. They actually belong on my reg cab but I wanted to see how they looked after I lifted my crew. I have another set of the same sloted mags that I polished for my crew whenever I decide if I want to run 35's, 37's, or 38's.
HI guys. I already posted this in my cummins/crewcab build thread, but i thought that is might be a good idea to copy and paste it in this thread as well.....
Hey, can any of you guys that have the racetrack trim on their crew give me the length of the little short piece of LOWER trim that goes between the front and rear doors. I think the pillar measures around 2 1/2" so i was going to make a custom piece of trim around 2 1/4" long.
And can you tell me if it is square on both ends, or does one end have a slightly sloped end to help it clear the door when its opened just like the upper trim piece does.
I cut down a damaged front door piece, and was going to use both ends of it to make my two pieces, but then i noticed that it too has a slope on one end...so this got me thinking about this....
