I have seen stupid before, but blatant stupidity does exist.
Not only is the dealer illegally selling a deleted pickup, HEIS was ADVERTISING IT ON YOUTUBE!!!
Remember the guy with the ram who advertised it on Facebook? Yeah, he only lost the truck, imagine losing the entire dealership. LMAO

Only tunes I’ve seen that way are older style that you use a tuner for. I know of two companies that send them over the cloud and it’s all used through auto agent. I’m pretty sure handheld tuners are a thing of the past. Only thing I’ve used a laptop for on my 2017 is for forscan.

Company I went with has the factory tune on there on their list of about 50 tunes. You could go back to stock any minute. They also have no emission stock tunes with no HP gains for weirdos I guess.

I've been debating this question heavily. Even stopped at my big diesel shop locally and talked to the owner about it again today. Trying to decide.
Then my Dad sees me a few hours later and says he just found out his CEL is the DEF pump failure. Granted, his truck is GM and anything GM is usually trash, but still.. $1,200 just for the pump alone, not counting labor. I think we're going to do it ourselves to save him a little. And it makes me want to delete mine even more.

GM Notorious for DEF tank failures. For a while there in 2022 trucks were lined up at dealers waiting for def tanks because they were unobtainium.
