well I guess I will soon be removed from the 2022 Tracking Spreadsheet. I am now number 2 on the list ( in row 3 ).
I remember when I was about 185 on the list and just “in order processing”. Seems like a year ago. My truck is at my dealer waiting for me to pick it up after Labor Day.

A rail yard Webcam, I never even thought to look for that. That's genius.
I had a BMW M4 built in 2018 with those u could track the train from from Germany to the European Port then track the ship as it crossed the Atlantic till it came to US port then to the truck or train to the dealer that was really cool. Of course pre covid u could arrange for a European delivery and fly out to Germany and drive your car all over europe before u got it shipped to US as well. Always wanted to try that maybee some day..
Does anyone else here have a truck that they have taken delivery of but all trackers are still either showing in transit or just errors?
Mine came in over a week ago and I’m having trouble activating my hotspot, which I used regularly in my old truck. AT&T is saying they are having to reach out to Ford to try to see what’s going on with it… I’m just wondering if this issue can be related since no trackers show delivered.

So I called my dealer this morning and asked for detailed status on where exactly is my truck. They said "uhhhh we're not sure"......I said "WTF.....you had better get sure.....fast" For the past week, it's supposedly been sitting in a freight yard in Elwood IL waiting for Jack Cooper Trucking to pick it up. The dealer ran another VVR today and kept getting an error message. Took them all day back and forth with Ford, CSX Railroad, and Jack Cooper Trucking. Jack Cooper said it was at their facility in Elwood IL......nope....it's not. They finally got it figured out on the computer system, and where is my truck?........delivered yesterday afternoon to a Canadian Northern rail yard in Markham IL ?!!?!? I mean heck, an $80K truck only 50 miles from where anyone knew where it was supposed to be is close enough for government work....right?
The VVR is in exception status because it was supposed to be shipped via rail on CSX and instead got loaded onto a CN train. Ford has no idea why or how my truck got to the CN facility on the other side of Chicago, but my dealership owner personally got involved verified that my truck is in fact sitting in a Markham IL freight yard and is a-ok. They are trying to get it picked up for delivery tomorrow.....Monday at the latest.

False, it does not only happen to you because the same exact thing happened to my truck. Our trucks are probably chilling in Elwood up to no good. At some point we'll look back and laugh about this but for now I'll just sit here, grind my teeth, and stew....
I was patiently (well kind of) waiting for my 2022 to be built and delivered. That changed last night. A nice lady who was highly intoxicated hit my truck which was parked in my driveway. There went my nice one owner, low miles, clean carfax sale/trade in. We were getting ready to leave on a trip so the trailer was attached. No apparent damage to the trailer but the truck is inoperable.
1 Hope everyone is ok and 2 that everyone has insurance so fix the mess. Sorry it ruined your trip, that sucks...

Something seems to be incorrect in your VIN or Order number. Please resubmit.
If you have seen errors in the data in the last hours because I'm performing maintenance. When I move users to the delivered tab or remove them from the list the columns need to update with new data because it shifts all the columns temporarily. I've been turning off the spreadsheets until it is properly updated.

LOL.....I feel better now......misery loves company. I suspect both our trucks are on the same transport out of Chicago heading south.
Thanks for the update. That VIN was copied and pasted from my email. Probably why the tracker shows me nothing. Can you delete me till I get the information sorted out with the dealership.
@deerhunt799 Could you share any tips for finding railroad webcams? I've tried Googling the names of various cities on the route along with "railroad webcam" and I'm not getting any successful finds. Is there a web site dedicated to railroad webcams somewhere?
I ordered last week and called Ford (bc I've received no confirmation emails) and they already have my VIN. Does that typically mean it should be scheduled soon or is there no correlation?
