We seem to be experiencing whatever happens on Sundays typically. When it retrieves the new data, a few of the entries will return errors. I do not know why this happens, but perhaps those database records are being updated just when the new data request hits.

They also seem random. A few Sundays ago nearly every entry returned an error, yesterday and today, just a few. They always resolve themselves and I wouldn't worry that it has anything to do with your actual build.

I'm curious as to how my truck will be transported once it is build. The dealer is near Charleston, South Carolina, about 600 miles from Louisville,KY.

I looked at some window stickers the dealer has on the lot and all of them said convoy. But they don't have any super duty's. They were all small trucks or cars.

Anyone know? Or is it anyone's guess?

Charleston SC

I live in Hanahan ordered from Jones N Chas and have bought a couple off lot Mustangs from Palmetto in Chas SC so I can tell you it will start by rail according to my window sticker created 8/26. I would not be helpful in determining where they

xfer to truck, but there seems to be a huge railway hub in North Charleston not far from port.

By rail. Once it ships the rail car number will be available to the dealer. If you get it you can track the rail car with the CSX automated line found earlier in this thread.

Sometimes the dealer will know where the vehicles are offloaded. So when the rail car reaches that destination you'll know its being handled off to the local transporter.

Occasionally, the dealer can provide the name of that local transport company, and rarely that transport company will offer online tracking by vin. Otherwise once it reaches the rail yard you'll just have to wait the 1 - 14 days (not usually that long, but it does happen) for it to be delivered to the dealer.

Good luck!

I make that 100 mile trip at least twice monthly to MB and to that dealer recently trying to see "live" color samples. Ended up changing from Antimatter, to Rapid Red after seeing an F150 on their lot and finally to Atlast Blue after seeing it in bright sunlight on an explorer parked outside Camping World. I have a patient wife.

Atlast Blue should be the name! It would take longer to get there than Rapid Red though, haha

Seriously, Atlas Blue is beautiful, for sure my 2nd choice.

I am in Michigan about an hour north from Detroit and mine says convoy. My brother got a 21 he ordered earlier this year and it came a week early like explained in the spreadsheet page. We figure they run super duties up here and head back south with 150's. Just our thoughts..

I really love Atlas Blue but my chevy 2500 is Blue and my c7 was blue, I am switching brands and color, I went with Carbonized Grey. Congrats on the SD and I hope we get to see them soon!!!!

Does anyone else drive by their dealer hoping to see the car hauler with their truck on it? Drove by today and got excited when I saw a car hauler from a distance only to find out it had 150's on it. If I see a white alumiduty on one my first question is going to be what the last 5 of the VIN are... Please tell me I am not the only one out there....

It looks like you’ve moved to In Production!

I just saw that! Last night before going to bed I saw it changed to in production on the Ford tracker too! Been doing lots of praying and it’s getting closer!

Yeah, no issues with the build. Woke up this morning to find the status has changed from "In Order Processing" to "In Production" and the window sticker is now available. I don't have the exact day it's supposed to be built but I'll check with the ordering manager when I'm at the dealership tomorrow getting service done on the wife's car.
