I ordered mine on July 19th had an original production week of September 20th . got an email last Friday saying it moved up to week of August 30th
only real option i added was the spray in bed liner.. probably could have gone aftermarket on that . I was surprised to see it moved up in production schedule
I ordred on 7/13 and was given a production date of 9/27, so I'm hoping to get pushed up as has been the case with others.
As I may have mentioned before with the software I use I have the option of either hourly updates or manual updates. I thought the hourly updates were not working because of too many requests to the server, but instead I get many of the same errors when I'm running manual updates. I believe this is all related to the Ford server side running its updates and there is nothing that can be done to avoid getting errors sometimes particularly on Sundays for some reason.
I have turned the auto updates back on which is good because it gives us fresher data and it kicks off one hour after the last update completed. Updates take about 45 minutes so theoretically the data should have new information about every two hours.
One other note though, there seems to be several servers that the request can bounce off of which are not always in sync. Quite frequently a date will appear later in the day disappear only to reappear and remain by the end of the night. Please know you may see dates disappear occasionally but they've always come back after an update or two.

Thanks for the update. My dealer showed me the 9/20 date on his side, but none of the trackers I have access too show anything. Meh.

No, the trackers do not have build dates unfortunately. (Wouldn't that be heaven!) Those can only come from your dealer or Ford Customer Service when they are in a good mood.
Agreed, this does not jive with what we are seeing.
We have at least 37 trucks on the tracker scheduled for next week.
Last Thursday they scheduled trucks to 4 different weeks in September.
My truck was scheduled to day 8/6. Absolutely zero movement in 13 days. No built notification. No awaiting shipment. Nada. Dealer tells me yesterday that it appears to be just sitting at the factory. Only add was bed liner.
Something is holding it up and no one can tell me why. This while others continue to get built and shipped. I’ve messaged with two other dudes that are held up similarly with the same build week.

When my emails came thru which is the same time the sheet populated on built and shipped it was 5 days later. In other words the shipped email and sheet populated 8/17 but the shipped date was 8/12
Hi Doug, a while after trucks are delivered (a few days to a week) the database stops sending data. Those users (who already took delivery) can show up with blank info.
I just need to delete those users and move them to the delivered tab. The problem is when I do that, I have to "turn off" the data for about an hour so nobodies data will show. So I try to do that infrequently.
With that said, I plan to clean up the spreadsheet today.
I know you’re busy so I’ll keep it short. Do you update multiple times a day? Never mind I read your earlier post. And Thank You for all you’re doing! It helps!
All trackers still show awaiting shipment but my truck was delivered today!
That's the 2nd one today that did not show up ad delivered. In fact, NO trucks show delivered today. Maybe we will get a bunch all at once. Nice looking truck!

Thats an awesome surprise!!!
Edit to add: I just realized... your truck was built on 8/14 and it's already on your dealers lot by 8/19! Which part of TN are you in if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you.
When I started using the add-on that allows me to retrieve the data into Google sheets, I had it set to update hourly. The options in the software are to update manually, daily or hourly. It worked great. We had about 50 trucks on the tracker at that time.
Then, as the spreadsheet grew, we started getting errors. I thought that it was because I was submitting too many requests to the Ford server. Since submitting the list every hour results in a lot of data requests, I started manually kicking off the updates every 2-3 hours a day. It was kinda a pain in the ***.
What I found is that on certain days (Sundays in particular) I would get errors no matter how frequently or infrequently I started the updates.
So that led me to the conclusion that it was not the number of submissions, it's just something going on with the Ford server. Probably updates of some kind.
So fast forward to yesterday I turned on the hourly updates, and it has been working great all day. So to sum up, I'm going to leave it on hourly updates and some days we will just have to put up with the errors.
When it returns an error, it just moves that truck to the bottom of the spreadsheet temporarily until it eventually refreshes with good data in one of the subsequent updates.
And hourly does not exactly mean hourly. It starts the next update 1 hour after the last one ends. 300 trucks takes about 45 minutes to update, so it's closer to every 1:45 that new data is pulled.
Sorry for the long winded explanation, but I like to be transparent on how it all works.
