Yeah, that's strange. I thought most order numbers were letter - number - number - letter. X##X format. So that does look strange. But that field is definitely where my order number is. I'd suppose you would need to tell your dealer you are having a hard time tracking it and have them help you out.

If you have you order sheet, the order number will be on top right. It should say Order Code xxxx. It could be letter followed by numbers or all numbers. If unsure or don’t have paperwork contact your dealer and ask them for it.

New guy and first post. I mostly read and follow.....I uploaded my VIN, order number and required information and nothing has shown up yet on the 2022 Public SD Tracking sheet. I submitted my info yesterday evening about this time. I thought maybe it didn't go through and submitted it again this morning. Sorry if this caused any problems.
Any idea why I haven't showed up yet? I sorted via Order Date and also did a search on my user name but still nothing.

November 16th built but no release date trucks went from 10 to 6 today. Called dealer with little or no additional info. Hope it is a glitch by Ford at this point. My delivery end date is still 12/5. Hope to see the truck soon.

Under market, it shows me as WDMO. Anyone know what that is? I ordered through Military Auto Sales (MAS). Does that have something to do with the Market/Country? It is being shipped to the USA whenever that might happen.

Thanks again for all your hard work Phoenix! I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe I need to clear my browser cache to be honest. I see myself on there originally via 'production date... but when use the "sort by order date" tab.. I lose a large chunk of trucks and no longer show up via my 10/8 order date. (372 lines of info on product date, only 325 lines of info on order date)

Hey @Phoenixfla While most of the day yesterday, Ford's order status page showed my build date of 11/22 and the proper ship eta end date, it didn't show up in the json pull from ...//shop.ford.com/aemservices/shop/vot/api/customerorder/?... until 9:40 PM eastern last night. I know you had it in the spreadsheet somewhere in between, so I wasn't sure if you were getting it from a different server, somewhere manually, or other insights. But either way, I found the timing delays interesting. With the spray in bedliner and other accessories perhaps (hood deflector and mud flaps) I'm guessing mine might get out to shipping later today. Either way, one more moving through!

My truck now shows a destination, the dealer and a freight bill # on the JCT site. I wonder if that means it's actually on it's way this morning??
I will say that it would suck to live far enough away from KTP that it went by rail. The wait sucks and ability to track only adds to it.

I got the Your Truck is built E-mail from ford early this morning 3:15 AM. But the Mach E tracker still shows it in production and all information on the spreadsheet is still missing. The E-mail says it will be at my dealer between Dec 2 - Dec 8 I hope its right keeping my fingers crossed.
