Mine was delivered to the dealer today and I took possession of it earlier this evening. It only took 5 days after production to arrive at dealer. The spreadsheet and Mach E still have it in transit. Ford tracking has it as delivered but I never received that email. That's strange because I received all the other emails from ford during the process. Everyone stay patient. It will happen. Good luck to all.
Awesome spreadsheet!! Seems like ford hasn't added any orders since 9/15? Or am I missing something?
None that have signed up for the tracker.
Keep in mind that those are the Order Dates. Once they ordered, they had to sit as unscheduled until the next thursday scheduling which is their first opportunity.
The better way to look at it is in the pool of unscheduled trucks, among those selected in the last round included trucks ordered as recently as 9/15.
I entered my info in the sign up and build date links and don't see me on the list.
8-14 order date, 8-16 conformation, 9-22 build date, 9-23 shipped date
I see the truck I had on order still sitting. Build week 9/27 pushed to 10/4 still not sent to plant like a bunch of others with the same dates. I am so glad I decided not to wait any longer. What a mess...

Yes, I think I've heard something like that before.
How often does the spreadsheet and Ford trackers update? I just checked with my dealer and the VVR shows that my truck has been produced and it's not showing on the spreadsheet or e-mach tracker yet. User name Jesse4812, F-450 KR.

Production Date - The day your truck is produced. Note that the data that feeds all the trackers is delayed by at least 24 hours, so if you are monitoring the trackers to determine if your truck is built, it will not update for 1 - 2 days after it is produced.
My salesman actually kept in touch with my husband.
He knew when it shipped via train, arrived to be loaded on truck, on the way to dealer and at dealership. Hubby only told me when on train and on way to dealership. A friend sent me to E
Mach site and it was on point. Picked her up yesterday.

I still review VINs several times a day before they are moved to the tracking spreadsheet. The reason why they do not automatically load is because if someone uses a lower case letter, adds an extra space at the end of the VIN or Order Number, or makes any other mistake, that entry will not pull data and will result in an error on the spreadsheet.
Because of the way the columns align, if I remove a user, the columns of data will get shifted and out of alignment until the next update runs. This is why I disable the spreadsheet for a few hours when I purge the delivered trucks.. It also means that I try to keep the spreadsheet as error free as possible.
I also check to make sure the VIN submitted is not already on the spreadsheet. I get a lot of entries from people who do not realize they are already on thebsprthe spreadsheet. (But that's understandable with so many entries).
I plan to create a VIN formatter which will remove blanks and capitalize any lower case letters, a de-duplicator to prevent double entries, and then I can have the VINs auto load.
My dealer had said my truck was dropped in Jacksonville but apparently there is a CSx hub in taft fla which is where my truck sets. 20 min from the dealership. Just outside Orlando.

That is where mine came through. They were fairly efficient. 2 days for 1st truck and 7 for the 2nd, which included a long weekend.
