Check out the first post in this thread to put your info into the spreadsheets that @Phoenixfla so kindly created. It's been a ton of help to a lot of people, and with more people adding their trucks, it's helpful to everyone else by growing the bank of vehicles for everyone else to see.

You can also use the Ford tracker to see your info. As well, you can use the Mach E tracker to get another view of it. Note that you will need your VIN and your order number for these trackers.

Unfortunately all the trackers show the milestones after they happen. They don't tell us when they are scheduled to happen. Your best bet is to ask your dealer for your scheduled build week.

A truck that was built/shipped a week after mine arrived at my dealer today (WA state). Mine seems to be stuck in IL still. Darn!

It seems odd they would mention no availability on certain options when they are not scheduling trucks, but maybe that's a heads up for next week?
maybe it’s a backlog of vehicles that are scheduled and running behind along with the options not being available with the backlog

I LIVE in Illinois 300 miles/4hr drive from KTP and my truck shipped two weeks ago......traveled 1200 miles over rail and has been stuck in Chicago for nearly a week......a 2 hour drive from my dealer. I just heard Union Pacific has 30 miles of trains stuck on sidings waiting to get into Chicago/Joliet but can't unload due to not enough workers. My John Deere dealer informed me today that the injector pump I need for my tractor is back ordered until sometime early next year....WTF? Couple bits of advice:

1) If you are thinking about ordering a new truck you better do it now before the global shipping and parts situation gets worse.
2) Avoid anything that involves going through the State of Illinois.

Got the call from dealer with the build date, order number and vin. I placed order with dealer on 7/26 and got a build date 9-27. At least I can track it now. Thanks for setting up the spread sheet.

So this makes me wonder... I live in northeast MS. I was talking with my dealer today and he said that my truck would most likely travel by rail to Memphis, Nashville or Birmingham, and then will likely be put on a truck to finish it's delivery here. He said it will most likely be Memphis though... So, I wonder if my truck will travel north to get to Chicago and get held up, or if it will just head straight down towards Memphis (or Nashville or Birmingham)... I'm hoping it will miss the congested area's, but it sounds like there may be more and more of those each day!

On another note, Ford has bumped the base prices $250 twice ($500 total) since I ordered my truck. When I went in and spoke with him today, he made sure that my base prices were reverted back to what we originally agreed on!

I can almost smell it! lol...

This may not help but mine went through Birmingham on its way to Florida with no issue or delay.

My truck went through Memphis as well. Normally I would say routing your truck through Chicago would be crazy. These days I'm not so sure.

Well, this explains why there were so few trucks scheduled for those weeks. This must of been in the planning for awhile.

I'm patiently waiting on my production week of 9/13 and I'm also patiently running out of patience.

Welp it looks like I need to be removed off the spreadsheet as I have to start the process over again.

I had ordered 3/26....March 26!!!! F350 6.7 Platinum. No Adaptive Steering...nothing that would keep it from scheduling. Something went wrong on the dealer end with the order being cancelled 7/30. They had earlier given me a build date 8/11 so when I didn't see a status change I started to question them. Before that I wasn't hounding, bugging.

Anyway according to my sales guy one of their sales managers (who is no longer with them...yeah ok) canceled the order by mistake, on purpose or whatever...who knows it got canceled 7/30. I actually had to tell them the order had been canceled for some reason....sheesh. He's trying to get me slotted quickly because of the screw-up but can't give me an answer of when or how. I'm not sure if there is a way Ford allows you to jump to the front of the line in a case like this. I've put in my waiting period starting 3/26. When the build date came and went with no action I texted asking them about it. They didn't have an answer and didn't see the order was canceled a couple of weeks before that. Sales guy said the Sales manager who is no longer working for them flat lied to him....yeah ok maybe. The only reason I'm sticking with them so far is the chance they might be able to get me scheduled quicker because of the screw-up Need an answer for that quick or soon or I'm moving to a different dealer. F**k I was even clicking through Ram's web site but went ehhh when I saw the 6 speed tranny. First ever Ford for me, I've been a Chevy guy but they don't offer adaptive cruise in their HD trucks yet which I want so I'm trying Ford this time. The Ford shopping experience hasn't been good.

Anyway I guess I need to be removed off the sheet until I get my vin# on this new order. Ahhhh curve ***** like these keep the brain working.

Priority 10 is the highest available for "normal" retail orders, but there are priority codes 1 to 9 available for situations just like yours. I don't know the details of who has the power to assign those higher priority codes, but your situation would definitely warrant escalation to whoever can make that happen.
