youre dealer can only assign 10-19 for retail and 20-80 for stock, if you got 01-02 a rep would have done that from my understanding and all my reading.

Things have gotten confusing.
Ordered: March 26 2022MY F350 w/6/7 Platinum.
Dealer told me the build date was: 8/11...Nothing weird in my build like AS to hold things up
8/11 came at went with no change in my status. I asked the dealer about it but they couldn't figure why either...or that's what they told me.

Soooo
I asked the Ford employee in Blue Oval Forum to see what his tracking said about my build.
His reply:
See your dealer, someone screwed up because this order was cancelled on July 30th.
In Order Processing - Cancelled Ford Kentucky Truck Plant 2, KY Jul-30-2021.

Anyone have a clue what would cause this. I haven't done any change orders et cetera. Just trying to patient and staying low key. But....something went fuubar.

Dealer hasn't answered me yet after texting him.

@Phoenixfla Thank you for putting this spreadsheet together, I have been following it for several weeks! I noticed that after the maintenance yesterday, all of my auto-populated information (model, trim, status, etc.) is now missing from the spreadsheet. It was all fine last week, so I am hoping this is just an error and not an issue with my truck's production. It seems like I am the only user with this issue, are you able to help shed some light on this? thanks in advance!

Holy cow, time for a new dealer!

I'll be curious what creative excuse your dealer comes up with.

I just spotted an error in my spreadsheet that prevented updates for the last 20 hours. Just fixed so should be back to normal in an hour or 2.

this doesn't sound good...I would be calling or stopping by to speak with the sales manager, possibly the GM. You should be entitled to understand where the breakdown occurred and how they're going to make it right...

Yeah. I was headed out fishing, read it when I turned on the computer to check the weather before leaving so it was too early to call the dealer. I ended up far enough off shore where cell service was in and out. They didn't answer my text but I'll call today. It's weird though as I had asked the dealer why there wasn't any status change after my so called build date which was after the supposedly cancel date.

Not too sure what I'll do but I guess it depends on what they say. If I dump them I might see a price increase from another dealer as my deal was made in March. Other than the dealer maybe messing up Ford needs to get their act together as the customer experience I'd say isn't the greatest. Yeah they can blame it on COVID disruptions but you'd think their database managers et cetera would be programming like crazy to update the ordering system. If the customer buying experience goes down the toilet you'd think it wouldn't be good for the long term health of the company.

Which thread or user did you message in BOF to get the employee sourced update? TIA!

"Vehicle Locator By Ford Employees". https://blueovalforums.com/forums/in...ord-employees/
But you have to have 15 "good" posts in the forum according to the rules. I slowly gained the posts without realizing it asking a question or two et cetera.

Not the only one. I just found that most of the info for my entry on the spreadsheet is missing and I've been moved way down the spreadsheet. My truck is scheduled to be built next week.
