I think with the 30% injectors you could run the 363/68/.91 without issue and help that 1800rpm dead spot. I have yet to see it “run out of air” in the upper rpm. But I am on stock injectors.
*Raises eyebrow*
Really curious about how a 363/68/.91 would compare to the 363 large turbine with the three stage turbonator
Lol. Nice of them to let you know. Given that there's a ton of BLDC motors all over AliExpress, it's odd to claim that your giving up due to supply issue.
Between this, the lack of speed sensor to prevent over speed, and kind of ignoring the disastrous effect the the VGT could have on a non VGT turbine wheel, just seems like a lacking product. More thorough efforts have been done in the Cummins community.

Hows the WS2 coating holding up?
I wonder if their entire electronics engineering staff got let go now that they are purely mechanical. They claimed they solved the issues plaguing other VGT designs when they first came out but fell prey to the exact same issues in the end. Not sureabout the need for a speed sensor though. Borg Warner's own literature describes the SXE line as being very overspeed tolerant. My blown S366 was a result of surge I feel.
I have not had the Turbonator apart since I applied the WS2 so I can't really tell you.

Yup. That is everyone's favorite scapegoat these days. At this point, I would desribe it as more like version 20.
