Exactly. Now imagine all that happening at 50psi boost and you can imagine what the turbo's compressor is doing.

Don’t know yet. The warranty claim has to be made by the distributor that bought direct from BW so I have to retrace the steps my supercore took to get to me.

Well, it looks like a warranty claim, if it will even get off the ground, will take months. I will have to spring for a new turbo out of pocket to get up and running in the short term.

Yup. Already got the price for a supercore they don't list on their website.

What about just replacing the turbine shaft and rebuilding it?

That sucks the warranty process is not quick.

I have a hunch about the new SXE, but will hold my cards close.

You special ordered the one I posted in the other thread didn’t you?

I think the Turbonator should be able to clean up the lag. Mounting may be difficult.

I asked about that. A genuine BW rotating assembly (turbine with shaft and compressor wheel) alone is 98% the price of a new turbo.

Not only is it not quick, it is currently in limbo because I have to trace the supply chain backwards to the distributor that first bought the supercore direct from BW and my first point of contact (TCS) is out of business.

Yes. I think the 366 got pushed beyond its efficiency island.
