Yes it is high at anything less than WOT. I think my return is too small to handle the volume my pump puts out.

Maybe the spring isn't flat and seated on the return. That is what it usually is.

I checked three times. The most recent time when I was performing this conversion and I had the fuel bowl out. It’s at the correct FRx gold spring pressure of 65psi when I’m accelerating hard. Then it bounces back to the high value once I get off the skinny pedal.

Jody is a short 45 miles down I-85 from my house and Leonard can stay here if he decides to take you up on the offer and get some live tuning.

I promise to only ask one time for a gourmet style meal like he shows us in the Glutton Gulch thread. I will supply the IPA or Michelob Ultra from Kate's stash if he likes. Although, he is a fan of stout brews...

300/200, BTS, Fuel kit, Full engine Build, LOL git-r-done!!!
I haven't driven my truck lately, but If do I'll get some video and post it up. I'm trying to save up some money to pick up that Allison. I'm thinking I may make up a Go-fund me account so that I can purchase that Alisson Transmission. What to yah think?
Heck, with the Full build, 300/200 and full supporting mods, I might have to donate to you.






Just kidding about the Go Fund me.

Nah I'm going to stop for awhile after this. PMS Regret is a real thing let me tell you, As for the GoFundMe people have started one for dumber things. I think the Allison is a worthy cause.

Count me in... I don't have a lot to donate, but can scrounge up enough to make a decent donation. Maybe sell some of the take off parts on the shelves, then I can contribute more.

Good attempt on your part though... trying to be slick, showing only a top down view of your new charge air cooler.

But either I've been at this game too long, or need meds (both options not mutually exclusive) , as I instantly recognized the casting formations on the top radius of the header tanks, which betrayed your effort at surprise.

Without a doubt, Tapercore is throwing the proverbial kitchen sink within the limits of the rad support envelope. There is no other stop to pull on a street driven 7.3L PSD Super Duty truck for air to air charge air cooling.
