I just called them and they say yes, DIY rebuildable.
Thats pretty cool, if I were you I'd get those parts sooner rather than later. It will last you awhile I'm sure but with small businesses dropping like flies, who knows what will be available when the time comes.
Meh, we see what you like to eat. Some tolerance for ‘bad manners’ is expected!!
Anxious to hear more about your impression of the new setup.

You guys know me so well. *knucks*
Initial impressions are very positive. On the grocery run today I unexpectedly hit 50psi boost in my daily “Economy 80” tune. I didn’t have time to look at EGT the scenery was passing so quickly. This seems to confirm my theory the S366 wasn’t flowing enough air.

That would make me feel better, but I DON’T BELIEVE YOU!!!
I can’t wait to see your truck once you get it 100% dialed in.
Ahhhh.... no good deed goes unpunished.
Seriously though, I think the Turbonator rewrites the rules of what injectors go with what turbos on these engines. I dare say conventional wisdom has undersized turbos in the quest for boost response. The Turbonator takes away that constraint. Then once you have a properly sized turbo, you need a BOV to stop surge from twisting it in half.
I was pretty sure I was going to need a turbonator as soon as I saw it. You are fully responsible for sharing it with me, so culpability has been established in this case!

I am a smaller turbo kinda guy and I completely agree. Boost response is what drove me to the smaller size. Totally right call in my situation.
The Turbonator throws all that out the window. Having the ability to tighten up the AR to spool the big one quickly is a game changer. You sir have the best of both worlds.
