Going to follow through with their warranty process if you think the 366 may have been over taxed?

You know how it goes. Somebody’s gotta do it.

Yup. Just because it’s outside it’s efficiency island doesn’t mean the shaft should break.

Did the turbonator end up damaged or is it still serviceable? Maybe you already covered it and I missed it

True. I dropped off an alternator to get rebuilt 2 weeks ago..I had called and inquired, "Yep, Brandon has it on his bench. He's out right now, I'll have him call you." Then the phone went right to voicemail, then the voicemail was set-up.

Then Dan drove there. "Hi, are you Brandon? Why yes I am."

I'm here to pick up an alternator that you were working on....."Me?" Um, you're Brandon right? Ah, I have no idea what you're talking about. Ok, can I get my alternator back? I was trying to give this company some money, I guess now Napa gets my money.

Then there is the carb for my Honda Foreman. I've been fighting the carb overflow for a month...just am done with it. So I find a new OEM carb on Ebay, from a Honda dealer.

I place the order on the 16th...$320.....guaranteed delivery on the 19th. Guess what, the 19th came and went....no carb. UPS tracking...shipper created on the 18th....scheduled for delivery on the 24th. I contact the Ebay seller. "Hey, what about this guaranteed delivery on the 19th? What's the guarantee? What do I win?"

Sorry, we don't guarantee shipping.....Oh, ok. But you didn't create the UPS shipper until the 18th? I can't think you were planning on overnite. Uh, we were closed by the weather. But you said guaranteed delivery by the 19th...what do I get now that you didn't perform? You get your carb on the 24th.

First world problems.......
