This is the posting in the 2020 spreadsheet thread, thanks to ZooDad for relentlessly pursuing the solution to this issue, this was the magic bullet on my 2020 truck, now I am seeing 900 miles range with around the town driving.

I found an odd entry in the IPC where the fuel level is captured from either the IPC or PCM. My 2020 and three others are all set to PCM. I had the change to IPC tested and voila the DTE rose to the calculated level it should be.
The change has been made in the spreadsheet.
IPC 720-09-01 xx*x xxxx xxxx
If your current value is 4 change to 0
If your current value is 6 change to 2
The difference is if you have Trailer TPMS (TTPMS) enabled

Without making the recent update to the IPc
Once I’m home I’ll be curious to see if there is any further change and my ipc plain English is reading it at70gal

I am not the expert on this, but in the end as I understand it all the thigh bone is connected to the hip bone, so a lot of the programming is conditional, that is a given setting that you are modifying is also read by other features/settings, so it is looking for certain values as well. So in this case, with TPMS, it looks for a different value, one of a few, in this line of code, than if there isn't TPMS. Hence the conditional programming. You will see this on other lines of code as well, where it will tell you to make the code line this value if you have this, or this value if you have that.

min this data set there are four (4) different “features” with on/off values
Air Suspension control - on/off
Trailer TPMS - On/off
Downshift indicator - on/off
Then
Fuel Level either PCM or IPC with each of the above items in on/off state
So lets say you do not have TTPMS enabled today and stock tank. Your value is 4. Then you install a larger tank. Change to 0. When you get a trailer and purchase the TTPMS kit you would change your value to 2
I hope that all makes sense
